I placed a pick up order and the app said it would be ready in 11mins. I got to Starbucks in 10mins and thought it was probably ready and when I went inside to get it, my drink looked different than usual. I go to Starbucks atleast 5 days a week and order the same thing everytime. I ask for no whip cream and it looked like whip crm was scraped off the top and I asked about why the top of my frappe was white and the barista (with a long ponytail) told me that happens if you leave a frappe sitting too long. I ordered 3 affogato/espresso shots to go on top of my caramel crunch frappe and it didn't look like it does when you add affogato shots, in told her this and she said "all the espresso has sunk to the bottom bc of how long you waited to come pick up your order!" I am trying to be the bigger person so I wasn't going to argue with her - maybe I was wrong? So I walk out as I'm putting the straw in my cup, and I don't taste any espresso I don't even taste coffee - all I can taste is sugar. So I go back in and tell her that I can't taste any espresso and she's like "Fine! I'll remake it since you paid so much for it!" She makes it accurately but tells me 2 more times as I'm trying to leave how "this is all my fault" and "this is what happens when you leave your order sitting here for 30mins!" (It STILL has not been 30mins since I placed my order, all of this just happened which is why I'm leaving the review) The app told me my order would be ready in 11mins and I walked in Starbucks exactly 10mins after placing my order and even if the coffee did sit, if they really put the extra 3 shots of espresso in my drink I should have been able to taste that it was in there. Should not be working there. I asked her what time they closed she responded WHAT” very rudely like I was bothering her she made the lattes n made that very clear after I received them when I was asking the lady behind her whom took my order that I had not received my coffee cake n the blonde girl rudely said that’s not my department I just make the coffees I made it clear to her zI wasn’t speaking to her zI was speaking to the lady who took my order in they tried to hand me everything but what I ordered 3 different times n still got it wrong I have no idea what it was but it definitely wasn’t a coffee cake I will never return to that location ever again.
