The is the third, and last, time I’ll purchase food from this McDonald’s. The last two times I went through the drive thru, orders were wrong both times. So, I thought, hey, how can they mess up an order in the dining room? Right? Right? Wrong. I ordered two two pack burrito meals, and one bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo. Got my bag, saw three hash browns, had three drinks, four small burritos, and didn’t dig for the biscuit (my bad), and drove home. Gave my daughter her food, hubby his food, and my bis—wait a minute. No biscuit??? Honestly, I wasn’t surprised. I mean, we did this to ourselves, having given them two chances prior to have the intelligence of a raccoon. So, I drove back, walked in and told the young girl, who was clearly the incompetent culprit, that I was missing the biscuit. She turns and walk to the food window, smiling, mind you, glances at her also incompetent female coworker, still smiling, lifts my biscuit between her fingers and tries to hand it to me, saying, with a low voice, still smiling!, “I’m sorry about that.” So, I instruct her to put it in my bag and turn to leave. As I’m walking out, a man starts shouting, “No, no, no, no! Stop her. Tell her to come back!” So, I’m pushing the door open. I turn around, and incompetent #1 is staring at incompetent #2 wearing the looks of girls who are clueless. So, I simply shout, “You guys suck. I’ll never come back here,” and leave. Dear McDonald’s Management,
I am writing to share my experience from my visit on 8/10/2025. Unfortunately, I found the service to be quite disappointing. The staff member assisting customers was rude and unhelpful when addressing concerns about the slow service. The employee repeatedly cited being short-staffed without offering any apology or solution, which made the experience quite unpleasant.
I believe that customers deserve quality service regardless of staffing challenges. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the overall customer experience.

P.S. 10/09/2025 Attempted to pick a DoorDash order up that was placed on “Tablet”. Was sternly (rudely) told that they “do not have a tablet and the orders will never go through “. Per DoorDash protocol, I attempted to place the order in real time (and would have paid for it). I was rudely cut off by the same employee. She told me they will accept orders placed in that way. Read moreI don't know if this is a below average location, or it's just that McD's has slipped so far that they're all lousy now. In any case, every time I go through here something is wrong. They forget the chicken nugget sauces (inedible without those), or give you sm. fries when paid for large, or this last time - and I do mean LAST time - where they somehow messed up a Quarter Pounder. I mean am I asking too much, to maybe get a decent version of this huge company's flagship product? Really? What happened was, instead of a normal QP, the "cook" slapped two patties on there (I'm guessing they were stuck together), so while one side was cooked, there was a half-uncooked one underneath it. Yuck. And of course I find this out when i'm already back home so can't get a refund.
