I usually like to leave more positive reviews. However, this was a horrible experience. We ordered ahead at 3:26PM and put our parking spot number into the app once we arrived for our food to be brought out to us. Then we waited over 30 minutes and finally decided to go inside. Once we went inside, we saw part of our order sitting on their counter, which consisted of melted ice cream and a drink. We tried to get the attention of multiple associates only to be ignored, then when someone finally answered, they told us they did not have our order and they could not find it. Despite us seeing part of our order on the counter, having the correct address, having order confirmation, and an order number, we were still told they had nothing for our order. We finally talked to someone else who told us that they had only received part of our order because the whole receipt didn't print or it fell from where they placed their reciepts while making the order. We were also told they still couldn't find our order. I find this to be ridiculous and feel as though we were lied to. Finally, we talked with a third person who found our order and then proceeded to tell us that our order likely got missed or our receipt dropped on the floor. So we were told multiple different things, by multiple different associates and still none of them could actually solve the problem. At this point they asked us if we still wanted the food or a refund. (During our time standing inside we saw an associate drop a food bag on the floor, pick it up with her bare hands, not wash her hands, and use the bag for someone's order. We also saw people passing around trash cans and picking up trash then going back to handling food without washing their hands.) While waiting in the drive thru to order food, our first impression of how things were going to be was having to witness a young man urinating behind the McDonald's without a care in the world. The second act of this McDonald's drive thru drama was the girl taking the order, she had the attention span of a goldfish and literally gave the true vibe of ( it's a Mcjob), and it snowballs from there with the other employees darting around with absolute confusion!. My wife and I got our food and headed back to our motel room, which was only a couple of minutes from this location and when we opened the bag expecting to find hot, or even warm food, we got stone cold inedible garbage and I mean in the most awful description of garbage. Our Big Macs were thrown together by someone who had to be studying abstract art and the chicken 'nuggies', as the young called them, were cold, old, and should have been thrown out long before they got stuffed into the little box!!! The only thing that was correct was the drink and it was only right because there is absolutely zero thinking involved when you only have to push a button. If you get anything that has to do with counting, make sure the person who is fulfilling the order actually knows how to count because two (2) ten piece chicken nuggets should have ten (10) pieces each, not eight (8), or even seven (7), because that's what we got. Read moreDid a mobile order for this location, during paying for my order the app froze then sent me back to check out where I could see my order. The issue was I say my card get charged and after checking for sure I was and more order was not received. I thought, eh no big deal, I have a PayPal receipt showing I payed, and I have my debit card transaction I can show as well. Cashier simply told me, after showing him both receipts, they didn’t have my order, and that the transaction is only pending therefore I will get my money back. I spend $30 on food and I’m just expected to say oh well I’ll get that back, let me just put in another order? Hell no I asked for a manger just for the jerk to say that can’t doing anything. Maybe give me my food? And if my payment were to get refunded GREAT I deserve it after dealing with this bs, I put a mobile order in for curbside just for it to f up and then deal with not only a bad employee but a awful manager that doesn’t seem to want to give any kind of manful service, and again I showed both my PayPal receipt and debit card transaction with dates and timestamps.
