Important!! Notice!!! So going through the comments and from my recent experience they are definitely cutting down portions to save money normally I can get a large hot pastrami and be satisfied and get two meals out of it after eating the whole sandwich I'm still hungry if you want your full portion size do not go to this location. I unfortunately learned this lesson the hard way look through the comments they are being stingy about everything even down to napkins they're cutting down on everything to save money on operating costs but it is punishing us the customer please don't go to this location.

They won't even give you napkins unless you expressly ask for it.

The guy was very nice but I am kinda upset normally the hot pastrami is full of meat there was so little meat that half the time I was eating just lettuce tomato and cheese I'm probably going to stop going to this one because they are very scrimpy on the meat it seems like he put a amount for a much smaller sandwich on the larger I could barely taste it and it wasn't heated fully either I mean the service was good and he is nice but for a 14$ sandwich I want to be satisfied and I'm not. What really bothers me I went and checked other reviews and I remember from past this seems to be a common occurrence at this store it seems like they're cutting back on meat to reduce their costs because they're not getting enough business so they're taking it out on their customers by reducing our portions so I will no longer be going to this location because I don't appreciate whenever my meat portion is reduced because they are not getting enough business I'm sorry your not getting enough business they are nice here but that doesn't not excuse cutting my portion short. Updated 7/22: Ordered lunch for my office at Renown and prepaid. Anyone that paid extra for avocado did not get it. 1.50 -1.75 per sandwhich is unacceptable. Also, if your going to offer salads make sure there is some salad in with your meat and cheese. Our subway is closed a lot of the time and I thought this was a good option for us Renown office workers and I was highly disappointed. Update: Someone Manager or Owner from this store reached out to me to argue that he put avocado on these sandwhiches and he would pay me $100 to prove to me that he did put avocado on my sandwhiches. I sat with my coworkers and saw their sandwhiches and they did NOT!! He actually asked me to come to his restaurant. When I told him I couldn't he simply argued with me over whether or not there was avocado. All in all calling me a liar because he made our order. I was at work and not willing to entertain an argument with this man. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! After receiving an email in regards to this concern and seeing what this establishment sent in response to this call he made to me I am blown away. He said he offered to refund my entire order and that is not correct. He wanted to argue with me after I told him I was at work and couldn't talk. He wanted to pay me $100 that he could prove me wrong and is calling my group of doctors at Renown liars. Now its the principle of the matter. I will be reaching out to corporate. This is absurd! I will reap what I sow is what he said. What kind of a professional speaks about his customers like this. I wanted the issue acknowledged and fixed for future customers. The reason why I'm giving place a one star rating because the guy who was working there around 430 or so I walked in to order my sub a number 18 twice and breads they had and he told I decided to try the new bread they had, then he was on the phone the whole time my order and wanted on my sub he was rushing for me to leave felt like he didn't want my business or etc and he had two kids there while working on a lap top watching cartoon which you shouldn't bring your kids to work, then process of getting ready to pay and he was trying hurry up so finish his phone call and still continued to be on his phone when I was paying which I also find very rude and disrespectful to customers and a person in a wheelchair might of been homeless off to the side where on the left on the cement just sitting in her wheelchair and then after all this he walked out side the side door where the lady was in the wheelchair and to continue his phone conversation which rude to customer and paid close almost almost 9 dollars which I think people rude to guest so this store a 1 from me I've never had an issue with the female but this guy like he didn't want my...
