The Dart Side Reno — Attraction in Reno

My partner and I visited today around 7:30pm, we didn’t see anyone in the front desk, we waited about 5 mins before I walked towards the side of the place to try to find the employee that worked and let them know we needed help. All of a sudden a Caucasian, short, brunette woman (employee) said “you cannot be in this section of the store, you need stay in the front”. Simultaneously a gentleman said “I can help you guys, follow me” We said to him “Sorry, We hadn’t seen anyone in the front desk, we were waiting and just wanted to let you know we were here”. Soon after, the woman employee passed by us and I said “We were waiting in the front of the desk and hadn’t seen anyone, that is why we went to the back—” .. she caught off and said “We don’t allow anyone towards the side unless you’ve been queued in” and I said “we did not know, if we have had someone greet us saying “We will be right with you” we would have waited patiently”. She was rude and dismissive and did not care to say “I apologize, one of us should have been in the front checking clients in, how can we assist you?”. That is all we were hoping for but instead she was rude, and it made us walk away. It saddens us how unprofessional and dismissive the customer experience is in this location. It would be great to have the manager explain how to go about these situations in the future, and to have some sort of organization between employees to make sure clients coming in understand that they will...

It was an amazing experience! Highly recommend play ! Our host was Randy , and he was cool and explained everything perfectly. Would check on us here and there. He would keep us updated on our time left to play. One of my favorite parts, he would grab our drinks for us so we wouldn’t have to wait in line or stop playing ! They have all sorts of drinks and finger foods. MVP Randy, thank you so much for an awesome experience!

The Game :

It’s not just darts there’s games to it (similar to TopGolf is how our host explained it). All the mini games are fun !

No matter what I recommend to play for an hour and it gives you just the right amount of time to try all the mini games and they are all so fun ! 30mins wouldn’t have been enough time honestly and it’s worth the buck to play for the hour.

Needless to say my husband and I had such a blast!...

Spent the weekend at the gsr and played here and had the most fun. All the mini games and the memes were on point. Shout out to the staff Chelsi and Randy who made the experience even better. They gave us good suggestion as to what to play and checked on us to make sure we where still having fun. We will go back for sure. To get all the winning videos via email was the cherry on top.
