Well after 12 years of loyalty thru all of GSR's many issues. Tonight was the final straw, changing our family from fan to detractors. Walked in to attend a show in the Grand Theater tonight, and they advised my wife that a new policy for May of 2023 that she can put her purse belongings into a Gallon size ziplock bag, or leave her purse in car which they claim NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR,(and we've personally had car broken into in their parking lot, and dented/scratched), or we can pay $10 and they will watch her purse...though they are still wanding you, going thru your stuff and metal detectors. This is not for the CLUB, this is for the Theater!! SO apparently GSR is having much, much more CRIME ISSUES than they will openly admit to. We left and will not be donating another penny to GSR, sad days when EVERYTHING they do is against their clients privacy/convenience. Apparently, they cannot handle security for a family theater show. Read their clear bag policy, it is quite literally ridiculous. I have sent my clients to GSR regularly and enjoyed the theater for yrs, what a horrible...

Went to the Theory of a Deadman acoustic concert. The VIP was super good it's a must do, the early Merch was great, the show audio was amazing. That was all top notch.

But, the service for liquor 🥃 needs to be improved such as cutting ✂️ people off before it gets to far.

I have noticed that after a few drinks the people that was standing around me was drunker than they thought they was. And they went to get more..... I think this is a constant problem of this venue good to know for the future.

At the end of the concert a drunk man kept being aggressive and hitting people on the head. And a fight almost broke out between a man and a woman.

Needless to say hope this gets really worked on because the concert show was fire more than I ever thought it would be. Ill give this place another shot and if it's still...

A drunk man yelled out throughout the concert. They calmed him but then accross the other side of the venue someones security radio was BLARING during a whole song while they were cleaning a spill. Then after intermission security blinded me and others in my row shouting NO RECORDING despite none of us recording. I assume its because my phone was in my lap responding to work chat. There was also no warning of no recording prior to show as I booked my seat specifically to take photos. I have no video of their concert despite dozens of others they had no issue with in other cities/venues (and literally their own graphic wants you to share!). Overpriced drinks and only peanuts for food (m&ms to be specific). The concert was wonderful, the venue and a security staff not so much. TURN...
