This is my first time writing a review, This place was terrible when me and my friends got there we played the game stacker my friend won a prize and it got stuck dispensing it so we asked the a guy named Edward or Edwin if he can grab it for us. He told us he will be right there and when he came he asked us โIf we check the security cameras it will show you winningโ We said yes and he walked to the back room for about 4 minutes. Finally a guy that thought he was badass came walking up to us with stiff shoulders and a stone face and told us he has been playing the game for years and it never got stuck before his name was Anthony . We explained what happen and he left and walked behind the desk to flirt with some lady. So my friend called his mom but she said thereโs nothing she can do. So we decided to play a game witch awarded you tickets and we won the jackpot 2 times witch would equal 2000 tickets we had a picture of the first time but not of the second so we went to go cash out and there was 2 people behind the desk a nice lady and Edward . The nice lady was busy with other people so she asked Edward or Edwin whatever his name is yelled at us and her that โIโm not serving them , I canโt do itโ so we had to wait then when the lady Anthony was flirting with cane up to help us she said we only had 85 tickets. we told her we one 2000 and she said when you win jackpot you only get 10 tickets. So we called my friends mom and she came down and talked to Anthony. Anthonyโs cool voice turned into a little girls voice when my friends mom showed up so she asked him when you win 1000 tickets you only get 10. He said no with so much fear and face looking like a tomato. We got 1000 tickets because of the picture we had and spent it and left. We didnโt get the other 1000. So if your going here donโt talk to Anthony or he will try to bully you or Edward because he...

ย ย ย Read moreI've waited days to write this review to formulate my thoughts. This place is not what it once was. I'm 31 years old and have been coming here since I was a child. I decided to take my 7 kids so they could experience what I once did. Immediately upon arrival they were doing construction, which drastically cut down on the walk space. We paid $72 for our kids to enjoy Tumble Town. The play structure and toddler area were great. The place, however, was extremely dirty and in need of a good dusting. There was no one watching Tumble Town and many patrons came in and didn't pay. We ventured out and purchased a play card because they had signs plastered all over the arcade about receiving bonuses for registering your email. The ladies at the front desk had know clue what I was asking and said the signs were old. We went into the carnival area and more than half of the games were out of order. They had a few games that were operational that sat 6 but only 2 of them were working. I will from now on out stick to spending my money at the Coconuts Bowl. It's a shame because the GSR, in itself, is a very nice resort but they've let...
