Rick's DeliCafe — Restaurant in Reno

I went on my lunch break to get a reuben to go. Upon returning to my office (approx. 10 mins away from the deli) I opened it and it was completely sopping wet with grease. I touched the bread and I could see the liquid grease sponge out. I called the deli to let them know that I wouldn't be able to eat it, and asked for some type of refund (also I wouldn't be able to get another lunch break to get something else). The front gal (who was nice, and this isn't her fault at all) told me per her kitchen manager I would need to come and physically bring the sandwich back in order to receive a refund. I work an hourly position, so I can't just leave my job AGAIN to come present them their poorly made sandwich, the alternative of course would be to wait until 6:30 to come back. Super stupid way to deal with that. Hope the $11 is worth it....

Found this Deli on a whim. Totally delicious and will definitely be back. My only complaint is that there was a little too much mayo on my sandwich for my liking, but honestly not a big deal. Rye and Dutch crunch bread are both very delicious, the meatballs are the best in the area! And being that I'm originally from New York and Italian, I could appreciate the sandwich names and their decor! The woman working who took my order was beyond polite and kind. Great food, however customer service is lacking. Ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 cookies, and 2 brownies. 1 of the sandwiches was made completely wrong, didn't get brownies instead got 2 bags of chips that were smashed. Called restaurant to inform, no one ever answers the phones. I understand you get what you pay for. $70 for 4 sandwiches, and few sweets. One would think they could afford to pay an employee to return calls or answer...
