Update better late then never! I have not seen this girl again since I wrote this review. I should’ve come back sooner to update because everyone here is so incredibly wonderful and I just love love the service as much as the drinks!
I gotta do this and I’ll happily remove it if something changes, but I used to never come here because the lines were so long and then I got in one of the lines saw how quickly they move and then the last few days I’ve noticed that when the girl with the pink hair, who by the way is just such a poor attitude, she just like Seems to be very rude and stoic, but she also took 13 minutes to make two drinks. Explain that one to me I watch the girl that was working aside from her make three drink orders and the time it took her to make one and again none of this would really matter to me, but she’s very slow and rude a lot of raised brows and air of arrogance to her just not friendly like the other 7 people I’ve dealt w. so I just wanna say that and maybe somebody will get the message to her to either keep it pushing if she doesn’t like where she works and let somebody else work here that has the drive the passion and the ability to make a cup of coffee in less then fifteen minutes for two cars? Idk The rest of the girls and the review unfortunately suffer for her incompetence and poor attitude. I look forward to removing this soon. It’s not in my nature or a habit of mine to do negative reviews on a first time experience, but this is been for the last week and it’s just strange because they seem to have a really good flow when the other girls are working. That said it would also be good to see this location. Fill it up with more staff because these lines are incredibly long so they really don’t have room for a slow employ. We come to BigfootJava all the time i’d say Im a regular but usually go to the one in Seatac, and i order the same drink every single time( a customized drink). So the manager of this location was outside taking orders, and when it was our turn my grandma ordered a hot spiced chai latte, and i ordered 2 caramel almond frostbites with extra caramel drizzle and whip(the same drink i get every single time that has NEVER once had coffee in it), when she read back the order she said “one spiced chai latte, and two caramel lattes with almond, whip and extra caramel drizzle” I said “no two caramel almond frostbite's not lattes” she responded with an okay. we drive up get our drinks everything's fine the workers were nice. We go to the corner store right next to the Bigfootjava and i taste the 2 caramel almond “frostbites” and they had coffee in them, so as we’re pulling back up I see the manager VAPING on the side trying not to be seen, she goes back inside and we’re at the window then my grandma states that we didn't ask for coffee, and the worker at the front window says shell take them back but we have to pay for new drinks because thats what we ordered and my grandma says she is not paying for new drinks because of a mistake they made, then the manager comes to window and starts going back and forth with my grandma and raising her voice, i butt in and tell her i repeated my order to her twice and she said okay therefore its her fault, and she continues to go back and forth, then the worker comes back and says her manager said we need to pay and my grandma and I say that we’re not paying for a mistake on their part, so the manager with an attitude says fine we don't have to pay but we cannot come back to this location, all because of a mistake she made on my order when i clearly corrected her. I went every day sometimes more than once n the girls there always got it right and had the best customer service. Then that slowly changed. Now when I go they seem to be too busy talking to each other or servicing people they know in the cars behind me. The quality of the drink is a hit n miss. Tonight I ordered through door dash but there was no way customize the drink the way I like it so I called thinking it would be no biggie. Boy was I wrong. they advised me to cancel my order n order a different drink because there would be an up charge for what I was wanting. All I wanted was java chips added, which was a few cents more. For the amount of money I spend there you would think there would be something they could do or at least try but NOPE the gentleman that answered seemed like I was inconveniencing him. he wanted me to cancel and re order but i tried to explain there wasn't an option or I would have done it in the first place and if I canceled it would mess up my order cuz I was doing a double dash(same driver picks up both orders n so theres only one fee). so if i canceled i would have to pay for a whole new delivery. I explained that to him n he didn't seem to care. frustrated, I told him just to cancel the whole order all together n he was like okay. HORRIBLE customer service. I will no longer go there.
