Five stars for the donuts. Been living in the Highlands for over 20 years and never thought about trying this place out since I am not exactly a donut fan. A good friend highly rave about the maple bar and so decided to drive there at 9:00am to try it..: but the lady told me they ran out. Thereās a dozen of variety ready to go with 2 maple bars, of course I got it and the lady told me I can swap off a few of I want to, so I decided to swap off all the chocolate to sugar rings...the lady who helped me sounded extremely rude when she asked me what do want to replace it with. And when I asked her does maple bar sold out this early and when it the best time to get a dozen maple bars? She ignored me and the finally replied in a very rude voice when asked again. āI canāt tell you it all depend and what do you think..:and if you like you can call in the order and then walked away again... there was not thank you or smile with the whole transaction.
MINUS 5 stars for the rudeness of the lady who was there today. Just want to tell her that everyone have problem/trouble in their lives... they might be at their lowest point in life when they walk into the shop and just want a smile to cheer them up. The best donut is just a donut but when make me as a customer come back is the friendly staff. SMILE more... it will make lot of difference and make this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally disappointed. We went last week at 1:55pm because Google said they closed at 4pm. They actually close at 2 pm so I did do an edit on Google to correct the hours. We were greeted rudly with "all we have left 7s maple bars." We asked some questions because we were looking for some donuts for an upcoming event. No answers were given. We did get one maple bar. I asked about cake donuts and was given no answers just that they didn't have any. Thanks, I already knew that. Went back today at 10 am and they only had maple bars and a few other selections left. I asked about when they had donuts and was told that they open at 3 am and she thrusted a menu into my hand and told me everything is on the menu. She then told me that I should order ahead. Same person who behind the counter on the last visit. So why couldn't she have told us about ordering ahead the last time we were there? We've now wasted two trips to the Renton Highlands wasting time and gas. Such rude service. As for the donuts, we'll be getting them from Happy Donuts on Kent's EaatHill. They are kind, have a great product, provide great service and are happy to...

So i said i didn't know Im sorry. I know she had hard day or lazy to void my card. But she must not yelling to customer. After that i got my card void. Finally we got donuts and pay completed. And i say āThank youā to her, however she just ignore us. Donuts ware really really good but service was so bad. So i don't want to go this place again.
