Just wanted to give a big shout out to Hannah! We ordered with DoorDash and the driver grabbed the wrong order and delivered to me. When I called the store Hannah answered and she knew exactly what happened because the “other” Lori was in store for her pick up order and I could tell she was not being pleasant to Hannah about the mix up. Poor Hannah sounded so stressed and busy but was super nice and took my number and promised to call me back . In the meantime I contacted DoorDash and explained the situation. I opted to get a refund for the order. Hannah called back and said she also spoke with DoorDash and my order was refunded but she wanted to make it right so she had our sandwiches remade and delivered to our house! Totally unexpected and very appreciated for sure. Well on top of that when we got our order, not only was there a nice note from Hannah but 2 sub cards as well ! Hannah truly exemplifies great customer service and you are very blessed to have such a wonderful person working for your company. Read moreThis is my home jersey mikes so order from and come in here often but I just wanted to acknowledge the staff who worked the lunch rush today 06/04/25. And I do mean every staff member I seen needs to be commended and celebrated. The line was so long, they were getting online orders, order pick ups waiting, AND the phone kept ringing. That was soo much going on but they were getting through it seemingly effortlessly and with a good attitude. They were communicating well, smiling, moving efficiently, and keeping up with not only the extensive orders from those of us who walked in but completing all the online receipts (I seen a few loooooong receipts - like a CVS receipt on crack) while also actively refreshing ingredients on the line. Wonderful team, great service, and they still took the time to listen to my requests (swap swiss for provolone, extra veggies, extra mayo, a bit more vinegar). Very impressed seeing this as a customer but also a food service worker myself. Wasn’t in a position to tip them all what they deserved so I figured I’d at the very least leave this review. Read moreI placed my order thru the app today because I was pushed for time. My order was place 30 minutes prior to my arrival. When I arrived my order had not even been started. When I gave them my name and asked why it wasn't complete I was given the excuse that they had a catering order to finish. I watched as they completed my sandwiches. The lady finishing the sandwiches then wiped her hands on her clothes and then went back to completing the sandwiches. I stopped her and asked her to please change her gloves before touching my sandwich. She seemed to be annoyed with the fact that I asked that of her. Being in these times of COVID it is extremely important that these workers are practicing food safety. This is not the first time that I have witnessed this carelessness at a Jersey Mike's. I personally don't care if they had a catering order to complete. I placed my order in plenty of time. But I guess I was suppose to witness her wiping her hand on her clothes.
