The staff is very unprofessional and they don’t respect their employees OR customers enough to keep things stocked. I understand food businesses sometimes run out of items, but as a business you have to restock if you want people to come back. It’s just plain laziness. They also treat their employees like dirt. If you want the people who work for you to respect you, how about you show respect for them and the concerns they have while working for your business. Like I said, very unprofessional. I recently visited Sorrento's Coffee and had an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The coffee was outstanding – rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed. I tried their signature cappuccino, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The sandwich I tried was fresh and delicious.
