This place is a complete joke for a restaurant. I used to order from here faithfully until over a year ago. I placed a delivery on pasta night and got the chicken, ziti and broccoli. The chicken was so greasy it shined, the broccoli was brown and the pasta was so chewy you could not bite through it. I actually drove my entree down there and asked management to eat it. The manager looked at me like i was nuts and refused. Last night I decided to give them another chance. How bad could it have been. Well things have gotten 100% worse. I ordered a fishermen platter with 3 chowder s for my family. The order takerhung up on me before i could tell him i wanted to pay with debit. I also asked that extra tarter be placed in the bag. NO TARTER in the bag. Not only did they fail to put it in the bag, they charge extra for it. I called back and was told someone would bring me some on next delivery out. An hour passed and still no-one. I again drove down there and spoke with management. I was told that tarter sauce is not something that comes with the entree, it needs to be requested. I did request it, was charged for it and never received it. The restaurant was filthy and employees were handling food with no gloves. Please think twice before ordering from this place. They do not care about their consumers or the filthy...
Read moreFood is always great but placing an order is always an issue. I tend to call to place my order because I always ask for a side of sliced jalapeños but it’s not an option online. Lately I’ve been having the issue where a worker answers the phone and there’s a language barrier. Listen I’m very understanding with that and will be very patient but I don’t appreciate being talked to in a rude tone and being made feel dumb and as if I’m the one talking gibberish. I called and asked for my usual sliced jalapeños and the worker informs me no ma'am we don’t have jalapeños and never have had them so all we have is pepperoni or cheese. This answer itself threw me off so kindly I asked once again if they had any type of jalapeños and at this point the worker sounded to get annoyed at me and snapped saying they’ve never had jalapeño slices so I can either chose pepperoni or cheese. So I decided to just drop it and just ask in person and to my luck the same person was at the window. They ask for my name and I say my name and in a demeaning tone they said “no! You’re name” like demanding me to give them the right answer when I just did. I once again kindly ask for jalapeños and guess what, I left with my jalapeños after being made feel like a fool and dumb. Great food poor...
Read moreI’ve been using nicks bistro for a long time. Food is pretty decent most of the time. But on another note I ordered take out and picked it up at the drive thru about 2weeks ago. Handed the gentleman my card. When he handed it back he proceeded to ask me if my card had no limit because of the type of card that it was. I asked what? And he asked again. I said yes it has a limit and good protection too. I was blown away! He seen I was annoyed and when he came back he apologized. But get this today I go in and order my food and the girl was a little confused. She called some help over and the gentleman took my order very easily. I hand him my card he swipes it then takes a look at it and says to me that card has no limit right sir I said what? I couldn’t believe my ears. I’m also a Buisness owner and would never proceed to ask someone what their card limit is especially in this day and age. The fact that this happened to me twice at the same place within weeks is very alarming!!! To say the least. I have never had that question asked to me by a vender let alone twice at the same place. BE CARFUL USING YOUR CARD!!! I made it very clear of my frustration and no manager said anything. All everyone kept doing was putting their heads down and saying sorry. Very...
