Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rialto

I've been a lifelong Domino's fan and order from this location constantly since I moved to the area in 2021. It's by far the perfect pizza, but it's my favorite when it comes to quick, take out. Occasionally the pepperoni tastes like it's been stored in the freezer for a little too long. It has that distinct freezer burn taste. At times I tend to ignore it but today I couldn't because I had company for the Laker game. So I called trying to get another one delivered. I was put on hold for a couple minutes. Spoke to a young man trying to persuade me to take a ten dollar credit instead of them having deliver a new one. After being put on hold again for about a minute or two a woman answered by the name of Raylene I believe who I assumed was the manager on duty. She answered the call by saying "Evelyn", which was my wife's name so kind of threw me off at the beginning but realized it was probably the caller id since my account is under my name. Anyways I could immediately tell in the tone of her voice that she could care less about my concern and actually accused me of trying to scam them of free pizza by saying that I couldn't call back again in the future if I had a problem with a pizza. I thought that was pretty random until I remembered that I had called both the local Domino locations around me (New location on Riverside Ave) trying to locate the store that had owed me credit for a previous order. Turns out it was for my parents local domino's in Ontario thinking it was my local store. I was so upset that I threaten the employee that I was gonna contact the owner since I do have their information (might be out of date 😅) and file a complaint with corporate.

Will be requesting a full refund of $15.06 for the 2 medium two topping pizzas that Raylene accused me of trying to scam Domino's out since l'm so broke that I can't afford the gas it took to drive there... yeah crazy but I guess the customer isn't right...

We've been getting pizza delivered from this location for years, and this one experience ruined my good graces towards this specific Domino's Pizza location.

One of their delivery drivers, Tyrone, was absolutely rude in his delivery of our pizza. Not only did he even say hello as I answered the door, but he refused to help the pizza boxes out of his carrier bag. As I was struggling to get the 3 pizzas we ordered out of his bag, he felt inclined to tell me that my sister's tip online was an insult and threw two 1 dollar bills at my face, causing me to almost drop the pizzas.

I think the funniest thing is, ironically enough, I wasn't even the one who ordered the pizzas, my sister did, but rude delivery drivers Tyrone chose to belt his frustrations out on me.

Just because of this encounter, I can't recommend getting delivery from this location. The pizza's quality is just about all you could expect from a Domino's sometimes it's good, sometimes it's terrible, but that's expected. Just not Delivery Driver Tyrone's behavior.

Tyrone's lucky to even get a tip with his attitude. I don't know what his problems he's got going on in his life, but this wasn't the way to handle it. Ruined my morning, but it's alright. Plenty of other places to get...

Ordered carry out over the phone they told me 15 to 20 minutes. Waited 10 minutes then drove over. Paid for my small order, took the lady a whole minute to return with my change. Waited as 6 or so people came through, picking up their orders or making orders. Observed as the employees gave shitty customer service, making them wait forever and even giving them attitude. 30 minutes went by of me patiently waiting. When there was finally no more customers ordering i sternly questioned the readiness of my pizza. He walked back and came back with it then questioned wether i paid or not. I said i did with some old lady with ruined teeth, she just got off work. He turned and asked the other employees and finally pushed my pizza through the glass. When i got it i noticed there was no heat coming from the box. Opened it right infront of him told him it was cold. He said i got here late and i countered by saying ive been waiting here for 30+ minutes, the whole time my pizza was apparently just sitting there getting cold. Got a refund, told them they have worse customer service than McDonalds, then went to papa johns right down the street.

DONT GO HERE THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE....
