Subway — Restaurant in Rice Lake

DO NOT USE THE DRIVE-THRU! I have never wasted more time in my life than I did my first time and last time using the DRIVE-THRU, I waited 45mins from the time I ordered to the time I received my food and there was only 1 person in front of me. HORRIBLE customer service, no one even acknowledged that I pulled up until they took my money right before they handed me my sandwich, so probably 20mins of waiting there with no one saying anything, and I WISH I were exaggerating. Stopped by during the evening. Store was completely empty aside from the 3 employees working. The young man who took our order was polite, and personable. The two young ladies working along side him could learn a thing or two from him in terms of people skills, and hospitality. The most disappointing part of our visit was that the bread for the sandwiches was incredibly dry. There's no telling how old it was, but it most definitely should not have been served. Horrible store management. Ordered online with over an hour's notice. Got there a few minutes late, hadn't even started my order. Kid just said, "it'll be a while" and went to help the next person in line! I asked for a refund instead because I didn't want to wait another half hour or more. Kid couldn't figure out how to put my refund back on my card, so he handed me $68 back in cash. Not the kid's fault. Management should have had more people on duty, and trained proper employees.
