Poor service & rude attitudes! I've been going to this Richton Park location for many years but I've decided to never go there again! I like the Avocado Toast. I've been ordering it with bacon for about a couple months now. I go to this location nearly everyday. Last week I ordered it, got home and discovered NO BACON! You're charged $1.00 extra for bacon. So, I went all the way back there & didn't even get an apology from the rude manager. I barely got one from the worker who messed up my order.
Then, a few days ago, I ordered it again & the amount of bacon on it was much skimpier than usual. So, I went back, showed the lady manager who made it how skimpy it was & asked for more bacon. She was rude to me (yelling at me like I'm one of her children; I just turned 70 this year) saying, "NO!! All you're supposed to get is just a little bit of bacon! If you want more bacon, you have to pay extra!" I explained that I've ordered this many times before & there was always more bacon than this! I thought, aren't they supposed to use some sort of measure for consistency in the amount of bacon? Apparently, not. Anyway, she wouldn't relent. She couldn't just add a couple more small pieces of bacon in an attempt to satisfy the customer. But, she insisted on more money ($1.00 for extra bacon)! Rather than pay more, I just walked out with a very bad feeling.
When I worked at several fast food restaurants in my youth, I was always taught, "The customer is always right, because they pay your wages!" Apparently, this DD doesn't believe in that principle. If this is how they treat their customers, I'm...
Read moreI've been going to this location for more than 3 years. Today I decided to stop. I went in to get my usual and the young man who clearly was new made a mistake on my order. He added an iced coffee and I didn't order that. After he realized his error, he asked me in a very unprofessional manner: "don't you just want to get something else!" I said "no, I just want my order and the difference of what you over charged me please." He then went to get a manager. The team seemed frustrated and rushed. The young man gave me .27 cents back which was the wrong difference. And touched my muffin with his bare hands. No napkin. Okay...so I still didn't get upset until the manager came and decided to make an attempt to figure it out. I stated to her that I wanted my correct difference and correct order please. He then jumped in and threw a dollar at me saying: "it aint that serious man, here is a dollar!!" I just told the manager to refund me my money and I won't be back again.
This used to be a very nice location. I'm not sure what's happened, but their customer service has gone way down. I pray for that young man, and hope the store gets it together because if not, I'm sure I'm not the only one who will choose to go to...
Read moreDon't like givin bad reviews but... Dunkin has been SLIPPIN 4a long time now on the freshness of there doughnuts. ESPECIALLY in the late afternoon to evenings hours. Everytime I goto a Dunkin late afternoon or evening time to get a doughnut (s) they either dont have it or it iz HARD / NOT soft.. You know those doughnuts have been sitting there for a long time. *They should know better to restock / remake their donuts every so often. Not let the doughnuts sit there until somebody buys them and be disappointed over a hard and stiff dried out donut. Itz like goin 2 McDonald's and buying hard fries that's been sitting under that light 4a hour., and they SELL DAT KRAP 2U.!! We've all been there..
Remember the old Dunkin commercial wen da guy gets up @ 3-4am sleep walkin to work, and his only concern wuz.. "TIME TO MAKE THE DOUGHNUTS"! Wut happen to dat guy.?
**My observation iz Dunkin only CATERS to the Morning rush and that's it. And it seems now they only make fresh donuts once a day maybe twice if the morning Rush is plentiful. -No need to be open 12 or 24 hours if you're going to sell bogus donuts.. Your competition is leaving you behind.. ie Krispy Kreme. There most popular doughnuts They make fresh donuts...
