The first kiosk is usually out of paper receipts (or loaded incorrectly), so remember your order number (the Hispanic male manager refuses to reprint your receipt at the register, but other managers will sometimes). They get the condiments wrong, even when entered via the kiosk. A medium fry is always the size of a small, and you have to ask them to top it off. The new staff (they have a heavy rotation) is hit or miss (usually miss) on taking your order correctly at the register (that's why I use the kiosk). Their hygiene practices need a visit from the health inspector. They mop or sweep and then go to serving your food without washing their hands. I told an employee twice to wash her hands between alternating packing parts of my order and sweeping. All I got from the manager was, "I'll talk to her about it." as opposed to making her immediately stop touching my food and go wash her hands. Be prepared to wait and then have to check your order (have a conversation with the other customers waiting there looking upset (pickup and drive thru, that had to come inside to get their order fixed), and they will agree that this place needs more training in the McDonald's processes of order taking, preparation, checking for accuracy, and customer service). I had to pull forward to wait only to have my order not correct. All of your doors were locked so I had to go back through and wait in the drive thru. I was told it would be a 6-8min wait if I wanted the pie. I told the young lady next time tell people while they are ordering if you don’t have an item available. Don’t take the money knowing there’s missing items in the bag. I asked for a refund. Once home i noticed the pie was hard and past it’s enjoy by time. The enjoy by time was 2:39pm and I placed my order at 4:05pm. My bread on my sandwich was hard. It’s time to go elsewhere. So I called and told them I did not order a spicy sandwich the manager proceeded to argue with me and said well we made your sandwich right.
