Subway — Restaurant in Rich Township

Horrible service. Bad attitudes. Absolutely no customer service standards. And Im referring to the two men who are always there. They refuse to honor any Subway coupons. They do not speak when I enter their establishment, even after I spoke loud & clear, "hello". There is never a, thank you. Nothing. I have been in this community for a couple of decades now. Which is one of the main reasons I try to patronize this location. I spend the minimum of $25 each visit. My young nephew went in recently, as he's also a regular customer. He was five (5) cents short, and they refused to allow him to go get a nickle. I should have terminated my support at that point. However after tonight, with yet another poor service experience, I'm done and will not be returning. And neither will any of my family members. The Employees/Owners I’m assuming are very rude and come off as being somewhat racist. Being that they are establish in a predominantly black community you’d think they’d be just a little more appreciative and courteous when it comes to respecting the customers that frequent this subway. They don’t greet you coming in nor do they say thank you when you leave. When placing your order, they are very stingy with the ingredients even when asking for extra anything. They pick & choose when and who they want to except coupons from which again come off as being somewhat racist. Seems to me they are taking their predominantly black customers for granted and we as a community need to speak up and shine a light on this particular Subway. I live about four blocks from this place and even though some of the staff does not speak good English they are friendly they always get my sandwich right and everything's always very fresh looking the new protein bowls are amazing especially the chicken teriyaki one and you can ask for extra lettuce and stuff in the bowls too and they put it on no extra charge signed up with like a giant salad with chicken meat in its wonderful and we love their sandwiches also there's a few other people that work there that are very friendly too once in a blue moon go get some rude customers and they try to deal with them the best that they can I sit there thinking to myself no way would I be able to put up...
