On 07/07/2019 at approximately 9pm, I sent my son into this establishment to order a 12 party pack of tacos. The manager informed my son that they can not make a party pack at that time of night (9pm) I called two other Taco Bell’s to see if they had a cutoff time to when they stop selling 12 taco party packs. There was no certain time. They served them until close. I went in myself and asked the manager ( light complexion male with locs) why is he refusing service and he replied the establishment does not have the man power to make one order of 12 tacos.
I asked him, if I would have went through the drive thru, would you have denied me service for 12 tacos? He said, “ No! I would tell you to pull around and wait.” I then grabbed the money from my son and said, “12 Tacos please.” He (the manager) still refused to serve us. I asked for a card with the General/ Store managers name and his name. He got receipt paper and wrote his first name with the store number on it. My husband then stepped in and informed him of what I was looking for, whole names of store reps. I even asked for something with a letterhead and the “”Manager”” had nothing. When my husband told the young man, “”The Manager”” he is suppose to help out if the man power is low, “”The Manager”” replied with a smirk on his face, “ I’m about to go home.”
Long story short, we drove to Monee were the establishment is not only a Taco Bell, they operate a KFC as well got Two Party Packs. long lines before closing and only 3 women working in store. One on drivethru one servicing the lobby and one preparing orders. The same 12 pack I was going to order from Park Forest Taco Bell cost $16.39 plus tax. In Monee the price is $14.99 plus tax. Same amount of crew members in both stores. I am going to meet with the Park Forest Taco Bell store manager as to why my family was refused service. If needed, I will...
Read moreThis restaurant is in serious review of there management staff. I was so disgusted by how manger was treating their employees right in front of me in the drive through window. When I called to have discuss about it, manger refused to give there name and deny these interactions ever happened. Then decided to be silent on the phone on the phone when I was confirming your saying no to discussing the situation and giving me your name. I said I would be informing corporate as it personally was just disgusted by the behavior. It’s terrible to believe a manager would talk to these young children in the way I just witness. Poor leadership on the manager staff and lack of attention to customer service. The teenager servicing were amazing as the manger yelled at them they weren’t being fast enough, they were confirming my order was right and I ordered everything I wanted. Shame on the manger at the store because you could learn lesson on how to treat people from the young teenagers that work there. I truly fear for the young teenagers that have to work under whoever management because it clearly saw a lot of lack of leadership and common customers service to customers. I had not been since my last review. I can assure you I will not return. For starters, they have a parking spot for app orders. When you order online, you park and go grab in and grab it. Well, the lobby door was locked and we were told the lobby was closed. After explaining that we received a text saying the order was ready a worker told us that she had to look at the cameras because she knew it was picked up already. While we waiting outside, teens walked up and were just standing around. A manager came and let one teen into the closed lobby. Then there was another car that pulled up and the teen, a different worker came out to the that car. By the time we finally got our food there was quite a bit of traffic outside the door and it was quite obvious they were not there for food.
