Cinnaholic settles the debate for best cinnamon rolls in the DFW (imo)!! My girlfriend and I went there for the first time to celebrate her birthday with some dear friends! It was the best decision we could've made for dessert! I loved the design and layout of the store. The server was so welcoming and immediately gave us a run through of the menu. I was so taken away by the display of cinnamon rolls that I just needed to take it all in! We ended up getting four different type of cinnamon rolls: (1) Birthday Cake Roll, (2) Old Skool, (3) Cookie Monster Roll and (4) Customized with Strawberries & Blueberries (I think??). We shared between the 4 of us which I highly recommend, if you're with a group that's you're comfortable with! The combination of all 4 was like laying on a flying cinnamon roll ☺️ Once we finished, I had decided that I will return - after awhile to process all that sugary goodness! My girlfriend would also like to share her thoughts (I would give her preference since it was her birthday celebration):

"We all visited this location after dinner on Saturday and each ordered a different cinnamon roll to try! I ordered the birthday cake one which had icing, sprinkles, crushed Oreo and chocolate sauce on top. We thought it was fitting since they took me out for my birthday! I thought it was amazing but I definitely want to go back for the peach cobbler roll. The cinnamon roll is doughy and delightful with a huge helping of icing on top. I will definitely be back next time my sweet tooth kicks in!"

The Team is As Sweet as Their Rolls!

On Friday, 8/5/22, I visited the Cinnaholic in Richardson , TX on my way home. Prior to my arrival, I had an issue (that was a user error on my part) with the website that the ladies in the store assisted me with without complaining or belittling me. They then assisted me with my ordering process while being ultra-welcoming and patient. I happened to mention that I had a massive migraine and wasn't feeling well. The owner kindly offered me a beverage to help with my migraine. I was stunned by her kindness. I didn't know if i could make it home without stopping to rest my eyes. FYI, I felt better before I reached home because of that beverage that they so kindly offered me! The ladies also asked if i wanted to sample an item that I had not experienced before purchasing that item. I was amazed by their kindness, concern, care, and compassion which went far beyond selling their product. It was literally as if I walked into the presence of angels today! That level of care doesn't present much these days. I used to patron the store in McKinney, but I will drive to Richardson from now on because their customer service and compassion is worth the drive.

Worst place to go they served old Cinnabons and I requested for the manager they didn’t care about my time or service to go in pay for stale Cinnabons I complained someone’ was suppose to follow up and never did I would not recommend this location to anyone. It’s sad when the owners don’t care about customers the mother and daughter especially and I spoke to the daughter and she didn’t want tell me she was the owner and the y told me her mom the owner would call me tell date never has and soon as a I do a review boom when it was a nice phone call expressing my concern and complaint it was not valid and the daughter actually told me to write a review when I spoke with her over the phone. She will remember my 5 hard stale Cinnabons I requested to be made fresh I took them to go and there where so hard and very one i gifted to said the same thing. I’m just sharing my experience and as a customer the daughter owner didn’t show she cared my conversation with her was too long no a days for customer service. I provided my number receipt info what I ordered and last 4 of card and she never followed back up and the second I do a review the next second they reply...
