Where do I begin🧐🤔. First, let me start by saying that when I entered the store, no one was there to greet me. It took them a couple of minutes to even acknowledge that I was there even though the could see me 😟Secondly, the register did not work properly and I had to wait on it to unfreeze and there wasn't even an apology for the register not working properly and the wait. Even when it was working again and I was being checked out, the associate was doing other things while checking me out and then told me that my charge went through and left the counter. She did not even hand me my pizza!! I had to bend down and slide my pizza over to myself. Like WTH 😒 🙄. I asked for parmesan cheese and was told that they do not carry parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes...say what??? 🧐🤯. How is that even possible at a pizza place??? 🤷♀️🤦♀️The pizza was supposed to have extra cheese on it it does not!! There's even spots where you literally can see the bread so its missing cheese. 😒 The toppings were sparse, and the taste was HORRIBLE, dry, cold, tough crust 🤢 I think this is the worst pizza that I've ever had in my entire life! I understand now why I haven't been to Domino's in years! The only reason why I went is because I've been 👀 seeing people talk about it, and their Pizzas actually looked good, so it prompted me to go. well, my pizza looks nothing like theirs, unfortunately, so I guess it was a location issue, or maybe it's just in this state because other people who displayed their pizza did not live here. I had the Philly cheese steak add green pepper and sausage...TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY 💰 20+ down the drain...or should I say IN THE TRASH 🗑 LOL. I do NOT recommend 😷😶🤐👎🙅♀️ Ps.. I added that onion on top of that slice on the...
Read moreI've been living in the area for almost two years now and in that time my household has ordered a LOT of pizza from this place. Domino's pizza is great, the price is pretty hard to beat, and in general I've had good experiences ordering from them over the years. Until recently...
For the last few weeks this location has been very inconsistent, forgetting toppings on pizzas, drinks, sides, and other irregularities. Earlier this month they forgot two sides of ranch which were supposed to go with a large order of parmesan bread bites. Rather than call the store and inconvenience a driver for $1 worth of dipping sauces, I sent them a message asking them to be more careful next time when dealing with a regular like myself. A few days later, I ordered two pizzas and one of them was missing the pepperoni. Of all things to forget to put on a pizza, pepperoni is the most unbelievable to me. It is the quintessential pizza topping in the US and a specialty of Domino's Pizza. Amazingly, this is the second time this same mistake has been made in the last couple of months. They always redeliver on mistakes free of charge, but by then the experience is already sullied by the lack of consideration that is shown to a repeat customer. Also, as nice as free pizza sounds, having my order on time and correct the first time is much more convenient and far less embarrassing for everyone involved.
I really wish I could rate this place higher, since I doubt I'll be taking my business elsewhere. But I would really just like to see them turn their performance around and live up to the standards they set when I first began ordering from them---delicious, hassle-free pizza at a...
Read moreI drive out of my way to this one since it's better than the surrounding ones closer to me. Dominos is really hit and miss sadly otherwise I'd order it all the time. Today, was a good Dominos day. Forget the guy's name. Shorter, young guy that worked 4/24/25. He was awesome and the pizza was actually made properly!! ikr? In the past I used to order so many toppings and for meats put 'extra' but they started short changing you, then when you inquire they blame it on you ordering too many toppings, which is total BS. My parents owned a pizza parlor in California and we never short changed people for too many toppings. If nothing else the online ordering should deny you when you try to order extra, and tell you why. Instead they happily take your cash then don't give what you paid, then make excuses for it. So now at Dominoes I keep the toppings to a minimum so they can't use the "too many" excuse which sucks because it'd be nice to order it exactly how I want it. Even with 1 topping they'll often not give you the 'extra' you paid for. But this guy did. It actually had extra sausage!! Why is that so hard Dominos?? And the toppings were spaced out evenly / made with care, not just tossed down and let the chips fall where they fall. Anyway just wanted to give credit where it's due. If Dominos had better QC, I'd order there all the time, and everyone I've talked to about this agrees. It's just too hit and miss and it's costing them...
