Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Richardson

I'm a driver picking up order for a customer. There were 3 people there. The girl at the drive through was busy but the other two were not. The older lady and the young man with a beard and cap both said "I'll will be right with you". The older lady was finishing her shift so she's busy now but the young man was just walking back and forth from the counter to the kitchen and back. He walked past me then talked to the girl doing drive through. He then looked up at the screen to see orders coming in. The young lady at the drive through did helped me and I told her I'm missing a drink. She then looked through the order and found it needed a family size green bean instead of a small one. She told the kitchen to make a family size green bean. I then looked through the order and found that it was missing 2pcs of chickens. That's not even my job but I didn't want the customer to be missing foods. The young lady at the drive through now busy and I'm just standing there waiting while the young man just doing nothing and not helping me. Then the older lady finished with her cashier tray abs asked me what do I need. I told her I just need the drink and 2pcs of chickens. She told the young man what I needed and he got it from the kitchen and just placed it on the counter. I had to bagged the food myself. The older lady got the cup that he placed on the counter and filled up the drink for me.

I believe this young man is a shift supervisor. He really need serious training in customer service and how to work sufficiently. It's not even busy and he doesn't know what to do. I can't imagine when it...

I wanted fried fish today for dinner. I debated on whether to go to Captain D's bc I drove by it earlier today. But because it was further out I decided to go to LJS instead. I ordered two fish dinners with coleslaw and corn on both for the sides. I also ordered 1 crab cake. I paid and then as I was leaving I wanted to eat my crab cake but guess what? It wasn't there. So I turned back around and went inside and told them I didn't get it. So they gave the crab cake and some french fries. Then I left, and was almost home. I decided to check to see if all my sides were in the bag and guess what? Only the corn was. So I turned back around and went back. I pulled into the drive thru and waited for the person before me to finish. Then I told the guy at the window that I didn't get my coleslaw. He said, oh okay and grabbed two coleslaw and put them in the bag. And he put two extra hush puppies in for my patience. Well that didn't make me feel any better because I got there at 6pm, and by the time I got home it was 6:50 pm. I should have gone to Captain D's! No more Long John Silver. Sometimes you just have to break up with the places you used to love. That's happening more and more these days. Very sad. 😞 Oh and the fish was salty, the fries were disgusting, the hush puppies were greasy and the Coleslaw was okay but I lost my appetite and didn't finish my dinner. I paid $24.33 for this. Not worth it. I find we have to be more picky about where we spend our hard earned money and not at places that don't earn it from us. No more Long...

I PUT MY MONEY IN HER HAND.... IM STANDING THERE WITH MY HAND OUT AND SHE PUT THE MONEY ON THE COUNTER... SO PATRICK APOLOGIES FOR HER. AND MIND YOU MY FIRST TIME EVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION... WHICH HAS NO CURB APPEAL!!! WHEN PASSING BY.. OR PULLING IN.. PATRICK SAID GIVE US ANOTHER TRY . LOL OKAY THEN GET HOME AND THE WAFFLE FRIES HARD AS A BRICK.. SO TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD... IM VERY BIG ON CUSTOMER SERVICE... . AND TO TOP IT OFF.. THEY asked if YOU WANT YOU'RE RECEIPT.. OLDEST TRICK IN THE BOOK.. YES I WANT IT TO DO THE SURVEY. AND NO ONE HAS A NAME BADGE ON... SAID ITS NOT REQUIRED.. REALLY.. NEVER IN MY OVER 54 YEARS HAVE I SEEN A COMPANY THAT'S COOL WITH ASSOCIATES NOT HAVING A NANE BADGE ON AT WORK....THAT WHY THERE WAS ONE CAR IN LINE.. AND ONE COUPLE EATING INSIDE...😂NEVER EVER. PLEASE DO BETTER AND IT LOOKS Abandoned from the street.. To be looking like that in Richardson TX..
