Five Guys — Restaurant in Richland Township

They offer maskless dining but don't allow you to order without a mask. When I explained a medical exemption, I was told I could get curbside service. Under the ADA they are obligated to offer EQUAL not ALTERNATIVE service. When I asked the girl at the counter if they offered dine in, she said yes, when I asked if I could eat without a mask she looked at me with a very puzzled look on her face and said 'yes'. I then asked if I could eat at a table without a mask 3 feet away from where I stand, why am I refused seevice without a mask in the same open room. She was very confused.... as was I especially after the manager then came over with a very thin t shirt material over his face and explained they were refusing me service. T shirts don't stop aerosol viral particles....nor does allowing maskless dining. I guess some places would rather follow rules that make zero sense and medically discriminate against someone rather than accepting...

First time going to this restaurant. Was not pleased. The milkshake machine was broken. We had to do an online curbside order and the staff forgot about our order so it was more than twice as long of a wait. The manager refunded our money completely but his demeanor was standoffish from the first time he laid eyes on us. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. It didn't have cheese or bacon on it. The burger itself was so bland and there's no seasoning added either. We also were missing a drink. The sign in the window said voted best burgers in johnstown... I highly doubt the accuracy of that. We are thankful that the money was refunded but am very disappointed in the experience. Will...

OMG!!! We ordered through Uber eats last night and I was super impressed. The burgers were absolutely amazing. There was more than enough bacon and toppings on it, not to mention that the patties are fantastic and like homemade real burgers. The fries are so so good, and I got a large to share with the wife and they legit gave us so many fries we couldn't even come close to finishing all of them. And last but not least, their shakes are top tier. It's not the cheapest place but it's 110% worth what you pay. Good food is not cheap and cheap food is not good, it's that simple.
