My fiancee and I came in to look at new beds the last week of August to see if we could find one to give us a more comfortable sleep than our old spring mattress. Tony was the representative that greeted us when we entered and he asked us if we had any idea what kind of mattress we were looking for. We had no idea what we wanted so he had us take a test that we laid on a bed hooked up to sensors to check where our pressure spots are when we lay down in our sleep positions. The test gave Tony a list of mattresses that it suggested based off of our results so we gave them all a try to see how they felt. We picked one that we liked but didn't make a purchase that day. Tony explained all the current promotions that were currently going on and told us that we had a good bit of time before they ended to make a decision.

We decided to go back to this store on labor day, Monday, September 6th, 2021 to make our purchase. Tony was there this day and another associate, Michael, was also there. We explained to them that we wanted to purchase the one adjustable bed that we felt very comfortable laying down in so Michael walked us through the process. We were planning on paying cash for the entire bed but there was a promotion for a $100 visa gift card if you financed at least $1,000 through their finance company so we decided to apply for their credit card. We were approved for a decent size credit limit so we financed what we needed to for the promotion and paid cash for the rest.

These guys not only made the entire process so easy, but they also gave us a huge discount on other sleep accessories such as pillows and a mattress protector! I can't wait until our new bed arrives in a few days to finally have a good night sleep!

I dreaded the idea of helping my parents find a store that would have what my parents were looking for until I called Mattress Warehouse. Previously I had called another store and the gentleman asked me what I was looking for and I said a king Mattress that came in a box with no box spring. He was so quick to give prices. Needless to say I moved on. I then called Mattress Warehouse in Johnstown and Mustafa answered the phone. I knew instantly I made right decision!!! Mustafa not only answered all of questions, he made me feel so comfortable it was like talking to an old friend. I then went into the store. Unfortunately. Mustafa wasn't there however I did get the chance to meet Chuck. Chuck was also was amazing!!! I can't say enough about this Mattress Warehouse location. Chuck greeted us almost at the door. I was so excited to meet Mustafa my friend, that I practically ran into the store just to meet him! Chuck exceed my expectations and walked my mom and I threw the entire store. My mom was like Goldie Locks trying out all of the beds until she finally found one she liked. Then we were there for quite some time, we lost track of time because we just couldn't leave because Chuck had such a wonderful personality I just couldn't stop talking to him. Well then I went back the next day to pay for our purchase and Mustafa my friend was there. It was like meeting a long lost friend. My experience with Mattress Warehouse was beyond my expectations!!! It is so rare in this day and age to shop anywhere and be treated like a person let alone family and not merely a dollar sign. I will be a repeat customer for life!!! I ordered Full size mattress, base, and protector from this store for around $2500 on the 8th. It was supposed to be delivered the next day, but what was delivered was wrong and a $1000 less then what we ordered. I'm a little frustrated because it was 7:00 in the morning, but I understand mistakes happen. I called and the lady had said it would be fixed that day, it wasn't. They ended up saying it wouldn't come untill Thursday. Then was called again the same day and the guy said he waited to long to put the order in it wouldn't come in until Friday. However we got email stating our delivery time for Thursday. Then an Email saying it was delivered Friday Morning. However, we know it hadn't because we had to go to NC on Friday, and had asked for it to be delivered on Monday. Said it wasn't possible but they could have it to us on Wednesday. A whole week later. Then Tuesday night we had waited for an email stating the time they would be there, but we received none. Instead we got woken up at 7:00 in the morning for our delivery by the knocking. Once the men were done I had asked if they were gonna take the wrong order back and they said they were not scheduled to, so no. Talked to another representative who said they didn't even know we had the other stuff, and couldn't find our previous order. I said I would call the store later. Just for the store to call my brother and tell him we BLOCKED their number and we needed to call them so the can schedule a time for them to pick the stuff up another day!
