I had been looking forward to trying this place and I came a few days after they opened. I’m a vegetarian and I knew my options would be limited, but there were two items on the menu that I could eat (vegetable ramen and vegetable stir fry). I ordered the vegetable ramen, with vegan broth, as it is on the menu. The waiter told me that it wasn’t possible, as they only had one type of broth for the ramen, and it was bone broth. I told him I was a vegetarian and asked if there was anything, as it is on the menu and he said no. I ended up getting the vegetable stir fry and a brown sugar bubble tea. The bubble tea was actually great, and I would get it again. The stir fry was fine—big portion, which is nice. It didn’t have a lot of flavor variety but honestly it was fine.

We did not, and he just grabbed a powder from another table and left it on our table without a word.
At the end of the meal, we didn’t know how to pay, and no one would come over to help. It was honestly a person with anxiety’s nightmare. It felt like I was an unwelcome guest in someone else’s home. The food being fine isn’t...
Read moreFor any person that wants to try ramen or people that like ramen, this place is a disappointment, the most important thing of a ramen tastes mediocre, I will say that even a instanoodle tastes better, if you want to eat a good ramen there's always better places, even in a country like Venezuela have better ramen through a little more expensive. Extra if you think the place is run by Japanese or that have some lineage, you're so wrong, they're Chinese, you can recognize which type of Asian people run a place by entering the place, to people that think I'm racist I have lived in China and there're a few places that sell better ramen than this local, good food is made by people who put effort into it, every simple food have a complexity that only those who put effort into making, can taste more than preset flavors, thank you, if you're the who read the whole thing and respected...
Read moreWhy was this not here sooner? Takumi is very well laid out, with takeout not interfering with diners. Dining room is spacious and welcoming. Staff is polite, knowledgeable, and engaging. Was pleased to see some staff from a neighboring restaurant working there, so I knew the restaurant would be quality. I wasn't disappointed! Food is excellent! If you've never had Ramen before, you have to try this place. I had the fried Ramen with shrimp, and a side of crab Rangoon. The portions were generous and everything was cooked to perfection! If you're looking for good food and a quality dining experience, then Takumi is the place to be! Prices are reasonable for all the food, service, and experience they provide. Plenty of parking, and handicapped accessible. I'll definitely go back, and can't wait to introduce my friends &...
