Lychee Chinese Gourmet — Restaurant in Richland Township

HIGHLY do NOT recommend. The food is decent the service is bad enough for the food to not matter. We ordered 60 dollars (2 dinners, 2 appetizers) of food for a family of 2 adults 2 kids. They told us 30 minutes I was there in 15 and food was already sitting on the counter (not really too big of deal that’s why I go early). When we got the whole way home they didn’t give us our fried rice up asked for or even the white rice that was supposed to come with it. So I called back to let them know I’d swing back to pick it up. The female owner stated I can come back for rice but would have to pay for it extra for fried rice because she forgot to ring it in. I told her they never gave me any rice annd that’s kinda unfair since they didn’t even give me the white rice. she responded with she understood but forgot to charge me for fried rice and needed to charge me when I got back to the store. I finally make it back to the restaurant and they haven’t even started making it yet and I had to wait another 10 minutes AND pay for rice. I asked if they did entire refunds and they said just bring the food back. (I’m 100% sure they would resell it even though I took it home due to the fact thy put up major fight over 2 dollars worth of rice but would willingly give back 60 dollars in exchange for the food) ANYWAYS they took zero accountability for their mistake and made me pay for it twice by running back and forth and didn’t even care about the...

The food is awesome the service sucks the same female who answers the phone who sounds nice and clear perfect English is the same female who works the counter however when u ask her questions inside the restaurant she acts like she don’t speak good English especially when you have questions about the price being different or pertaining to something they done wrong. Her attitude stinks I believe that’s the mom they selfish when it comes to duck sauce or ANY SAUCE to the point they hide it now behind the counter I have never saw that and I’m from the city where though it’s a Chinese restaurant in every corner.. then when I asked for extra sauce for the three platter I just paid for she only gave me two duck sauce and soy sauce for 3 platter this lady had the nerve to catch an attitude and literally toss two more duck sauce in the bag so I said something the sauces use to be on the counter I should be able to grab what I need for how many platters I bought with my MONEY… I see why the business is going down and it’s sad because they have the best Chinese food in jtown but the things you have to deal with...

I am going to give them a five star for the purpose that the food had flavor I had the spare ribs and rice

the rice I thought was nicely flavored I had pork fried rice and it was nicely flavor I had the barbecue spare ribs which the meat was flavored real good the barbecue sauce was just rite it wasn't over Tangy the only thing there was not enough meat on the bones it was more bones than meat for the price.

Four small bones that was the only negative part about it otherwise than that the food when it came to flavor was well flavored

If you ask me would I come here again I would and I will try something different but for flavoring the food was very flavored portion wise I didn't think the meat was portion enough but then that just me I love to get my money's worth whenever I can...

I'm not knocking this place down, very good people, very pleasant.
