I’ve been coming here for many years with no problem. But my husband and I were here last Friday for lunch and it was the worst experience ever!! We were told to sit anywhere then sat down and was rudely told to move to a smaller table so she could use it for a bigger group. Which no one ever sat there and there were other 4 seat tables. The waitress never asked what size drink we wanted just brought larges, we ordered then she brought utensils and dropped them on the table. Another couple came and got their same order before us and got small drinks. Still waiting for our food the waitress went and SAT DOWN with other patrons chatting for awhile FINALLY they called her from the back and she got up stopped at a few tables on her way and eventually got our food and brought it and quickly walked away. I had asked for a side of mayonnaise which she hadn’t brought and I tried to get her attention but she ignored me fortunately another server came over and asked if i needed anything and got it for me. Then I went to pay and a guy WITH NO MASK on had come in to meet another patron then I saw him back behind where the food was open etc. UNBELIEVABLE with Covid I don’t care who he was he had No business back there with out a mask!! I sent a message to them over this whole experience and they apparently don’t care!! On top of it we both got very sick on it my husband couldn’t even finis his pizza nor could I finish my hamburger! I/we will NEVER go back again! Don’t know what happened to that place but the waitress was horrible as well as the food and the NO mask...
Read moreWell to put it mildly, I moved Quakertown 2008 to be the exact September 16th 2008. Had my first encounter with Giovanni's in 2009 and I have been a loyal customer ever since. Vince and his whole family run the place like a real hometown family business. Everyone that works there could not be any nicer. And the food is to die for real authentic Italian. The old style Italian pie with the fresh basil and tomato is to die for. One of my favorites is their puttanesca sauce. But their pizza, how do I describe it? It's one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in my life. And I'm Italian so I know good Italian food when I see it. More so when I taste it. Being Italian I don't go out to a lot of Italian restaurants because I hate to be disappointed. But for Giovanni's in Quakertown there's never disappointment. Always 100% satisfaction. Simply put, Giovanni's numero Uno! So if you really want to taste some authentic Italian cuisine, head over to Giovanni's in Quakertown. You may have had other pizzerias pizza, FUGETTABOUTIT!! Head over to Giovanni's, tell...
Read moreSo this was my very first time at this restaurant. I ordered a foot long cheesesteak over the phone with extra steak and extra cheese. When I arrive at the cashiers desk the young lady asked me what I needed and I told her I’m here to pick up my order. She told me I ordered two cheesesteaks, and I told her no I just ordered one with extra cheese and steak. She told me “Well you got two.” So I told her “okay well I ordered one” She just replies with “okay. Total is $18.” So I asked her if that’s for one sandwich and she says “no. It’s for two.” So I said “well I’m only paying for the one I ordered.” “Okay which do you want?” Of course I told her the one with extra cheese and steak. She takes one out out of the bag. Hands the sandwich to me with no bag for it anymore. Her attitude was extremely rude. No apologizes nothing. Not even a simple smile. I felt like I was just another person she wanted out the door. And the cheesesteak I got did not have what I ordered on it. The customer service at this place...
