My son bought me a gift. A six pack of crumbl cookies.. It was the salted caramel toffee. Out of 6 cookies, I only ate 3. There was one piece of toppy. It was actually a chocolate chip cookie with one piece of toffee in 2 of the cookies. None in the other one of the cookies had salt dumped on half of it. And the other two had a sprinkled.. I didn't know that salted caramel meant you salt. The top of a chocolate chip cookie and throw in one piece of toppy and call it a salted caramel toffee cookie
I won't ever buy anything from this store when I contacted them. In an email, they said this is our best. Selling cookie, we always have 5 to7 coffee bits in each cookie. When I said there was not, it was only one coffee bit into cookies and none in the other. They got very huffy in their email. Then they offered me a free 6 pack. Which was kind of generous being? They had a bad attitude. I gave them my daughter to address. I will never shop at the Richland store at queensgate ever. In fact, I probably won't ever buy a crumbl cookie. Do they not understand customer service is top priority...

After arriving and checking in, I waited about half an hour before calling just to make sure that they were aware I was still waiting for my order. I was assured that they knew I was checked in, and that someone would be bringing my order out shortly. I waited another ten minutes. During that time, I saw numerous customers arrive, get their order, and leave. Finally frustrated enough to go inside, I approached one of the employees to let them know I had been waiting almost an hour for my order. I was then told that they were “unable to find my car” despite me being parked right in front of the business, and despite me having already called them to see what the hold up was. To add salt to the wound, they then asked me to wait again while they made my order. I don’t understand what lines of communication had to break down to result in such a poor experience. The store logo is generic and minimalist. The entire store is white and colorless, and all of the employees are wearing the same black outfit with the simple company logo on and no room for self expression.
There's two touchscreen ordering tablets on the opposite wall where you place your order. Once your oder is placed you simply wait for the workers to call you up to claim your cookies.
Worker wages average around $12 and the salary satisfaction raining on Indeed.com is only 36%.
This company has stores in 17 states and is growing very fast, yet it refuses to share the success and wealth with the workers who make that growth possible.
Companies like this are extremely gross with how they rely on underpaid young adults who should be enjoying their lives, not slaving away for pennies in an all white store dressed in black...
