Jamba — Restaurant in Richland

It's a shame how much this place has gone downhill. I would continue to pay $7-$9 if it was actually all fruit and veggies, but now everything is just some juice mix and they add a scoop of frozen bananas and peaches or whatever. It's only part fruit/veg and mostly juice. So sad, I remember watching them scoop the different kinds you wanted and whirling it all up, even could add fresh wheatgrass. Now even that isn't fresh, it comes premade. I could make the same thing at home for $1. Sorry but I won't be back. Gave them 2 stars because the customer service is always great, not their fault the quality has went down the toilet. So sad though, Jamba Juice used to be fantastic but the greed of the company I'm sure is why it's changed. Cost of food is insane too so I'm sure that...

I love Jamba but the employees tonight 🙄 I came In half hour before closing and ordered a peanut butter mood... handed over cash and the girl at the cash register looks at the other girl and asks umm are we taking cash? She responds NO! (I'm assuming you counted your till early and didn't want to redo it)The cashier tells the girl making the smoothie don't use the scoop for the peanut butter, just a spoon. (Assuming you washed the utensils and didnt want to rewash) so she stands there laughing as she tries to scoop p.b. w/ a plastic spoon... none made it to my smoothie.. it tastes like bananas & ice blended together. I can't even finish it, it's horrible. And to think I paid almost $10 for it,...

Posting from my boyfriend's account. So disappointed. I was in the mood for a smoothie & decided on Jamba Juice since there isn't a Smoothie King in the area. I'm from Texas, and I've had Jamba Juice before & it was good, I'm not sure if it's this location or what, but my smoothie was definitely subpar. I ordered the Cookies & Cream smoothie; it tasted nothing like cookies and cream, not even a hint. All I got was the overwhelming taste of banana, along with chunks that weren't even blended. I had my boyfriend try it, just to make sure it wasn't me & he asked if it was a banana smoothie, because that's all that it tasted like & he said it wasn't...
