I live 2 minutes from this location so I visit very frequently . I order the same item a strawberry refresher with water which is always on point . However , on the evening of August 25 , around 6:30pm I placed an order in the drive-through for a Strawberry refresher with water . Once I tasted my refresher it had no flavor and It tasted more like water. I then went inside to get another one made correctly and explain to the worker (my Strawberry refresher taste more like water and has no strawberry flavor ) she then told me “maybe you have COVID “ once that was said I got furious but I remain polite and let her know I’m pretty aware of how a Strawberry refresher should taste considering it’s the only drink I always get from Starbucks and I’m sure I would know if I had COVID because the symptoms says you wouldn’t be able to taste anything ! It’s clear I said my drink tasted like water. Instead of her taking ownership and saying the drink could’ve been made wrong she then insure me that she will do the same steps to make the drink .Nevertheless I Receive the drink had more flavor but still didn’t taste right . Anyhow I just left and will not be returning ! If you would like to get diagnosed with Covid from a Starbucks employee this is the place to go ! Read moreThe husband and I went to #Starbucks on Hanley and Del. ( 8023 Dale Ave Richmond Heights MO ) at 11:35am today. We went there to do a little reading and to get something small to eat and drink. As we were there, Colin was absolutely just amazing. He answered every single question we had, he was very patient with us, he also helped us decide what we wanted to get. My husband talks low and so was I, so he did not hear the whole order. Not his fault at all. We should've spoken up a bit more. Even though he did nothing wrong with our order, he fixed it immediately, he had everything right, except the second bagel. He did not hear the second bagel part, which like I said was not his fault at all!!!!!! When we informed them, and also realized that it was on us, we told them not to worry about it, but Colin went above and beyond and fixed it. He made us feel like family, and very comfortable. He definitely is the prime example of how service is supposed to be in a restaurant establishment or any business establishment at that!!!!! We are definitely going to be going back to this Starbucks all because of Colin and Gus service.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

I went on vacation a few weeks ago ago, and when I returned everyone had been replaced with the rudest crew imaginable. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t expect anyone to bend a knee whenever I came in. But my orders have been wrong 3 times now, and somehow that’s my fault? I reorder yesterday’s order on the app every morning. Today was the final straw. I ordered my usual latte and egg bites on the app for pick up, like I have for three years. When I get there, only the latte is ready.
