Update: Went to this location for the boneless wings and bought 30 based on last week’s great experience (food wise only). What a HUGE disappointment! This week they were overly salted so I could only eat 3! What a waste! Why can’t they follow the recipe so customers can get the same taste week after week? So. My daughter and I love trying out wings from different places…or we did until we got to this Wingstop! They have just the right amount of seasoning & not too much salt! ~$15 for 10 bone in wings with a little cup of ranch to dip them in. We usually buy 15 plus sauce cup for $21. But don’t be afraid to buy even more! BONUS: on Mondays and Tuesdays they offer boneless wings for $0.79!!!! We buy bone in with lemon pepper and boneless with lemon herb remix flavor (garlic & lemon pepper). Awesome flavors! I will be back to buy boneless as much as I can afford to every Monday /Tuesday! We also bought bone in when we first tried the boneless and I prefer the boneless as I don’t like getting my hands covered in the rub and grease. We also tried hickory bbq boneless wings. These were not sauced up enough to enjoy as much as we could have. Not sure how long Wingstop will keep the $0.79 boneless night going, but I hope it will be permanent! The dissident is all of the workers were talking loudly all at the same time and it was constant!. And one was loudly clapping in the lobby. Really an aweful indoor experience. I would expect this level of behavior to be found outside with friends rubbing each other nit in a busy restaurant where customers have to endure all of that noise and behavior. Lately, we have seen an uptick in this type of behavior in the various Wingstop we’ve been going to when it is time to eat. 1 star because they don’t clear or clean the tables in any timely basis. Nearly all of the tables had items on them that nobody ever came back for (so I guess it was garbage) and we were in store at a table for roughly 30 minutes after we placed mobile order and arrived at restaurant. That’s a long time for the workers to goof off rather than focus on my...
Read moreAfter waiting thirty minutes, at around 3:00pm on September 11th, I decide to write a suggestion, not a complaint to Wingstop corporate. It was going to be along the lines of everyone's having staffing issues, but if an order is going to take longer than twenty minutes, the customer should be given the option of waiting or leaving. As I am searching on the phone for Wingstop's website, my son asks for an ETA for our order. The cashier said that the order was just waiting for fries. Fifteen minutes later, I walk up to the register and nicely ask for a refund. I was annoyed, but at that moment, I didn't think it was the cashier's fault that they were under-staffed. But then the cashier walks to the manager and they both start snickering between themselves. Snickering. After a while, the manager comes to the register and asks me if I was sure I couldn't wait a little longer because my orders were about to be prepared. I said no because I had run out of time. She then angrily says, "I keep telling people, this isn't a fast food restaurant, it's a wings restaurant." I said, without raising my voice, "ma'am, it shouldn't take fifty minutes." She angrily repeats herself. I give her the respectful (not antagonistic) "calm down" gesture with my hands. She quietly starts cursing about the fact that Wingstop wasn't a fast food place. I said that the language wasn't called for (again, in a calm voice). She looks at me and says that she wasn't talking to me. She was talking to someone on the phone. Clearly this was a lie. I never raised my voice and the line of people there just looked at me sadly. Staffing is one thing, but being angry at me and cursing me, when I didn't say anything to garner that kind of response, even though I was technically in the right, was beyond...
Read moreWould have given a 5 But again customer service is very important to me... Guy named Rich saved the day... His attitude was great... And the food was also... But the cashier/clerk./ manager? Was not customer supportive at all... We order 30 wing special and 1 fountain drink. Since my daughter & I do not drink soda we asked her for water cups. Clerk said they were out... Now, when we arrived there were about 20 cups on the floor; which my daughter pic up and gave to clerk... The clerk said thanks and thru them in the trash b4 we ordered... So when we asked for 2 water cups we expected free cups. They were out & we ask how much 4 regular cups. Clerk said it would be cheaper to buy a bottle soda! We declined... Per customer service... I...Thought she would have offered us 2 free reg. cups since she just thru 20 away. Didn't happen. Poor customer service. But Rich brought us our food and made us smile... It turned out good. Great food! Poor customer...
