Edit: 3-15-19. Tired them again for this first time in months but nope, still the same. They forgot my extra sauces and came back with one single pepper. To the manager of this store: I will not come back ever again unless management changes. You obviously care more about the bottom line and keeping costs down more than the satisfaction of your customers.
I've been a steady customer ever since this store opened. I have probably put two of their drivers through community college much to the chagrin of my doctor. However after the last half dozen orders I think I'm calling it quits.
My cardiologist is now born-again.
For years they were very consistent in getting my orders correct and by giving me one single extra pepper when I pay the $.50 extra pepper tax. It seems as if management changed about 4-5 months ago because they've been pretty consistent in forgetting any and all extra sauces and it's 50/50 if I get the single grape-sized extra pepper. I'm pretty sure that's a driver issue as (back in my day when I delivered) drivers traditionally were responsible for getting extra sauces and such.
I never really called about it. Why? Because it's extra sauce. No big deal.
Now, think back to the times when you, the customer, placed your order and asked for extra peppers. They charge you $.50 and you get 3+ extra peppers. Once in a while you get a single extra pepper but you just assume the manager was working at the end of thr oven and assembling the finished orders. It happens.
Today, it seems as if the manager's only job is to work the end of the belt on Friday nights because I get one single extra pepper every single time I order. Look, we get it. One pepper ordered, one pepper recieved. Technically you are correct but technically Subway says that you only get three olive slices on a 6" sub. You'd probably ask for a few more on that sub if you saw your Sandwich Artist© only giving you that much.
A few cents worth of peppers isn't worth losing a customer over. However I think I've probably paid for about two full delivery orders in worth of sauces that I paid for but they never brought me.

Read moreI must say I am a regular customer at this location. I went there on January 22, 2024. I ordered online so it would be a fast pick up, I arrived 20 minutes after I ordered. Once you walked in, there was so much loud music playing. I got past that, I get my food once I looked in the box I was not pleased. told the young man who had the Dreads at the counter who was a driver.( very polite and helpful) I didn’t receive my cheese sauce. Also I missing toppings and cheese on several slices. The young man goes and find me two cheese sauces in the walk-in.
I believe it was the manager who had the twisted dreads black and red. I said I would like my pizza made over. He said what is wrong with it. I said look at it. I’m missing cheese on a lot of my slices. The toppings are just thrown on there. My pizza was made and handed to me about the Tall gentleman that was working on that shift. I said thank you. He never replied. I said thank you again he never replied. Once I got home, I realized my pizza was not even cut thoroughly. I had to take a knife to Actually divide my slices. The reason I am giving 1 star is because yes they only have 1 driver but if I'd been made aware of this the first 3 times I called in 2 hours, I would've have just went to pick it up. I believe their customer service could be improved and relate messages better to their customers in the manner of saying they only have one driver when you call, instead of getting frustrated because your kids and family want to eat but there's no food. Also, if you place order online beware they do not have access to your order, notifications, sms alerts, nor email so even if you ask they can not help you with information.
