GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! Had a horrible experience here!!! Luckily I was just traveling through so I will never have to deal with these "managers" again. Came here 3/3/25 around noon. I'm at chipotle 3-4 times per week. I get the exact same order everytime. It's roughly the same price depending on location, prices vary a little bit. My order was $10 more than usual. I asked the worker to read over my order because it sounded higher than usual. She read it over and said they charge for all sides and vinegarette dressings. I told her they usually don't. She tells me chipotle just went under all new management and now they charge for sides. (????) I told her I can take them off because that was adding $5 to my meal. (I would have just got these on my bowl if I knew this location was going to charge for them) I ask her to read over my order because it still is $5 over. She reads me my order and I say I don't know why but I point to the menu and tell her it should be $5 less. She tells me that she's a manager but she will go get the other manager. The 2nd manager reads me the order. I ask what is the extra $5 for?! She tells me it's for 2 guacs. I told her I got veggie bowls... it comes on the veggie bowls... she tells me she's been manager 6 months and "no one gets free gauc"!!! I was very civil and just asking for an explanation and she was extremely rude and raising her voice with me. I told her forget it. I don't want the food. Left without the food to avoid arguing with 2 "managers" that were completely wrong. This chipotle needs to do a better screening process when hiring and promoting to managers. Maybe some better training. The employees don't know the rules and will argue and yall at customers. Very disappointing. I won't be back here but I'll be back to...
Read moreI'll make it as brief as possible. I'm a huge fan. However, went to Chipotle in Richmond Hill GA. Made a salad order and was going to take away an order as well. There wasn't enough food prepared so I canceled the to go order. My husband ordered a bowl. He and I sat on the patio. Suddenly they came and locked the doors. They locked us out. Customers were walking up to the door at the same time and they told them to leave by waving them off. The customers were confused. They knocked on the door but the employees did not answer. Eventually they came over to the door and put signs up on the door that said they were digital only. I got their attention and asked to refill my drink and use the restroom. They allowed me in. As I was leaving on girl yelled from the kitchen. HAVE A NICE DAY, MAAM in a mocking way. I mean, WTH? I'm a devoted customer, all over the country but that by far was the weirdest. It's a good thing that wasn't my first experience. I would have never gone back. Footnotes: We're camping in Savannah over Memorial Day, so we're visitors. Customers they waved off was a family with small kids that they had already gotten out of their car seats and had walked up as they were locking the door, and a couple in a Maserati were walking up as well. The bathroom was disgustingly fithy, black floor and strong odor. Additionally, law enforcement was in the store having lunch and as soon as they left they locked the doors. Read moreI agree, tables not wiped off, out of soap in the bathroom, and just in general I assume this is how the whole franchise operates.... Bottles of tobasco for hot sauce, i like tobasco but would have thought there would be fresh salsa like Surcheros, or Tijuana Flats or Juan's.... Nope, just tobasco, 3 flavors and most of the bottles were empty or near it. Surcheros puts their burritos in a press and crusts the outside, gives it this nice flavor, char, really nice. Here, you get what you get, a mildly, barely luke warm burrito. Chips are extra. Really? Surcheros you just get chips with your meal. And i assume theres no "meal combo" option where you can get a main entree with chips n a drink. One girl was great and on it behind the bar. The others were there and doing their due diligence. So really nothing aginst the staff. Iguess they could have taken a moment out of joking around to fill the soap or clean the tables or sweep or mop... I dunno maybe thats just me. Staff seemed nice enough though. So ya, not coming back for what i paid for what i got. Nope nope nope nope..... Trash cans overflowing?! Wheres the freekin manager to tell these children what to do? They're not going to do jack if you dont tell them to do it!! Out side trash? Beer bottles? Seriously?!!
