Our 1st visit trying this little place last night - I had the House Melt burger on rye with onion rings (delicious) and daughter had the Buffalo chicken sandwich (said it was the best ever) with fries , hubby and son had the thin crust crust pepperoni pizza. Bad thing was It has no crust on it, not much pepperoni and it wasn’t crispy at all. And unfortunately looked like a $3 frozen pizza from the grocery store. I forgot to get a picture of the pizza :( .. BUT hubby said it was “good” and wanted to come back to try the deep dish. FYI deep dish takes 45 min to cook so don’t come already hungry !! That’s why we didn’t get it. We were seated outside as the dinning room was full. The outside was ok, until a group of 5 men came out to smoke. Had we known smoking was allowed on patio that close to the tables we would have waited for indoor seating as it was just too much. The server was great ! She was very attentive. We look forward to coming back & trying again with something different and sitting indoors.

Total Order: Patty melt w/ fries, house salad, fried mushrooms, meatball sub w/ loaded tots & a hot pepperoni honey thin crust pizza. Cost: $75ish. Let me tell youuuuuu, this was good. So good that after eating a slice of pizza and a few bites of everything else, I had to sit on the kitchen floor and write out this review. The place was packed, as you'd expect a good food spot on a Friday afternoon, yet the wait for food wasn't at all unpleasant. Not only was the food hot, but the bartenders were nice & the atmosphere was great! We dont eat out often, especially new places, but we will 100% be back. * * * EDIT * * * I'd like to add that we saved our leftovers and ate them the next two days (shame me if you want 😂) and they were still AMAZING.

The service is up for debate. Our waiter was nowhere near great, she wasn't attentive, slow while she moved and in bringing our drinks appetizers out. I feel like we waited less for the pizza than we did for the starters because she took so long. But..... once we finally received our food the kitchen made up for her service. The buffalo wings were seasoned to the bone and the flavor was finger licking' good!! The Buffalo Fries lacked luster, imo a melted cheese would've took this up a notch. The pizza was worth the wait, the freshness of the ingredients stood out but next time we decided extra cheese and extra pepperoni. I’ve tried to go back 4 times but the hours play with my emotions. One day I'll catch you guys open though.

Atmosphere was quaint and cozy on a Sunday. Service was absolutely excellent, the entire time including informing us our order would be delayed. We didn’t have a complicated order, a 13” cheese pizza, a 13” pepperoni pizza and a 13” supreme with no bacon and no jalapeños. It wasn’t crowded. We ordered garlic bread for an appetizer which was delicious. Four tables were served before us even though they were seated after us and our waitress was very sweet and kind letting us know our order was delayed and she apologized. When our order came out it was wrong. We got 2 cheese pizzas and the supreme was loaded with jalapeños. We had 3 hungry children so we told our waitress it was fine. Mistakes happen. However my husband and I, our pizza was extremely spicy with the jalapeños and I am allergic to them. The kitchen manager came out and said nothing about the two cheese pizzas but when we said something about the jalapeños he kept going on and on about us not knowing our peppers and that they were cherry peppers. Cherry peppers are RED. JALAPEÑOS ARE GREEN. I’M ALLERGIC TO JALAPEÑOS. I was being gracious and not making a big deal but acting like I am dumb!??? COME ON!!!!!!!! Mistakes happen and all you had to do was say sorry. We didn’t even ask for ANYTHING. NOTHING. WE PAID FULL PRICE. $159. FOR A KITCHEN MANAGER TO COME OUT AND GIVE A FAMILY OF 5 ATTITUDE AND ACT LIKE WE ARE STUPID TO AN ALLERGY. YOU FORGET AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER TELLS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!! SOCIAL MEDIA IS EVERYTHING NOWADAYS. THANK YOU FOR TEACHING OUR 3 CHILDREN A LIFE LESSON.

How FUNNY NIW THE OWNER WANTS TO SAY HE PERSONALLY WAS THERE WHEN WE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH HIM SEVERAL EMPLOYEES STATED HE HAD LEFT 30 MINUTES AGO AND THE KITCHEN MANAGER HIMSELF SAID HE HAD LEFT AND HAD TO CALL HIM. AND YOU WATCHED HIM INCORRECTLY MAKE TWO CHEESE INSTEAD OF ONE CHEESE AND ONE PEPPERONI AND SEND IT OUT AFTER A HUGE DELAY?????? LIES LIES AND MORE LIES. NOW THIS REVIEW WILL BE PUBLISHED EVERYWHERE SO EVERYONE CAN SEE YOU CANNOT ADMIT A MISTAKE BUT YOU COVER UP WITH MORE LIES AND THEN CHARGE FULL PRICE. NEVER WILL MY FAMILY, OUR SPORTS TEAMS OUR BUSINESSES OR ASSOCIATES EVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR SAD ESTABLISHMENT.

The hostility comes from your deception as an owner going on and on. Meanwhile more than 4 of your own employees stating facts of there being an incorrect order in two pizzas. We still paid full price and your freaking ego from more than 6 reviews you cannot just say we messed up we are sorry. You are really something. I feel bad for you. And what a recorded story to tell everyone we know. Take care. You’ll be needing it with your high and...

If you don’t try Ricciardi’s, you’re missing out. It’s Cheers but with delicious food to go with the phenomenal drinks. It’s so great that we eat there 2-3 days/week!

Also, they have a mixologist on staff, so go drink there! Their drinks are ON POINT!!!

Quick background—husband was born in Chicago, I’m from Detroit, and we’ve both lived internationally in Tokyo, and my husband was stationed in Europe, so we’re foodies. The Ricciardi family has knocked out both the Chicago Deep Dish, Chicago Tavern-style thin crust pizza, and Detroit-style pizza! We even brought a friend from Philly—she loved their Philly cheesesteak!

After a quest to find the best chicken wings in town, theirs takes the cake—all their wing sauces are homemade. They have wonderful cheese curds! Their smash burgers are incredible and full of flavor! Voted Best in Bryan County for both pizza and burgers in their first year of being open!!! Gyros are the best in town, plus their gyro salad—and I could probably drink their homemade tzatziki sauce. Get their fish and chips, too! The fish they use is ginormous, and the batter is so delicious that it’s the only time in my life I’ve ever been able to reheat fish and chips in the oven at home! Chris and Irina use the highest quality ingredients, so you are getting top-notch, flavorful food. The whole staff cares that you enjoy your experience, which is amazing!

Cannot say enough good things! We have tried every single food and drink item on the menu, and have loved it all!...

Overall, loved it! It was our (mine and my toddler's) first time there and I'm so glad that we decided to go. Amazingly friendly service from the moment we walked in, to the moment that we walked out. It took a little bit to get the pizza delivered to our table, but that's expected as everything is fresh and homemade. They checked on us several times throughout, letting us know how much longer the food would take and also to ensure that our drinks were full and if we needed anything. I knew that going in with a toddler was risky and unpredictable, but honestly, they made sure that we were as comfortable and as happy as possible. Even the owner checked in with us several times. I'm a native New Yorker, but I know Chicago-style pizza very well and let me tell you...these folks delivered! I mean the pizza was on point! The crust was perfectly crunchy, the sauce was absolutely delicious (my kid was almost licking it off the plate) and you could not complain about the amount of cheese on that thing! We ordered the 10" and took half of it home with us. Oh and don't let me get started on the canolis! Just amazing! Safety wise (because I know someone out there is wondering)...all of the staff wore masks and had hand sanitizer available at the hostess booth (although I brought my own) and I've witnessed them cleaning and sanitizing constantly. Richmond Hill definitely needed a homey place like this! We'll be...
