Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Richmond

Totally disappointed with this new Bruster location. After waiting for them to open so we wouldn’t have to travel to their other location. They didn’t have what we traveled to get which was “Butter Brickell”. When we asked about the flavor we were given a spoon with “Butter Pecan” ice cream. Still employees didn’t speak good English and the person used profanity after he realized our orders were incorrect and he did it twice . Ordering a Strawberry Sundae they got that order wrong too. They corrected it by making another one correct and giving us the right one. This was my first visit & I was very pleased with the quality I expect from Bruster's (but not all are the same) and the portion sizes; that is one of the reasons I prefer them over others.
