By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The drinks were so bad and the staff was super rude and had a bad attitude. We ordered 3 drinks and the lady was annoyed right away. After waiting 45 minutes we asked her where our drinks were and she proceeded to tell us she gave our drinks to someone else and she’ll make a new one. We waited another 40 minutes and then asked again where our drinks were and she proceeded to start yelling and saying oh this is the best we can do and I’m at the front. She kept taking orders and didn’t give us our drinks. The rest of the staff was also super rude. I have taken my grandkids to the Richmond location every since it opened and have always gotten excellent service until yesterday Sunday 6/1/25. The young girl I didn't get her name Hispanic with long redish peach color hair, was very sarcastic and not friendly. She would lean into the ice cream counter with her hair hanging over the ice cream. If you don't want to work with kids especially special needs kids and the public, you should NOT Work in A Customer Service Public environment....
