Em Lash Studio Richmond — Local services in Richmond

I truly believe the lady (employee/technician) mistook me for someone else. From the get go, she was ugly for lack of a better word and very rude. This occurred Saturday, December 2, 2023, about 2 pm. How she is allowed to treat customers this way and keep her job is beyond me. I am sure, I am not the first customer to be treated this way by her. I don’t know her name as this would have been my 2nd visit. The first time, I was pleased with her work and gave her a 30% tip more than enough. When I first arrived, I tried to check in on the electronic pad. She told me “no check in”. When I asked her how long it would be she said 10 minutes. I told her I would sit there on the bench-type couch in the front. She said “no, go shop”. I was surprised by her attitude and tone. I told her never mind and left. I decided to return because it would have taken longer to go somewhere else. When I came back, there was a customer sitting on the bench/couch. I asked the lady where the lady/employee was and she said “I don’t know she just left and said she would be back.” I said she let you sit you down and the lady said yeah. I was surprised considering how she had treated me, and told I the customer that the employee had not even allowed me to sit and had been very rude. Unbeknownst to us she was in the backroom listening to our conversion. The lady/employee stuck out her head and said to me “I don’t do you” in an ugly tone in front of this customer. I was embarrassed. I am almost certain she had me confused with someone else. Of course, I will not be returning. I have never been treated this way in any type of customer setting. The good thing, I went to Dollar General for less than $7.00 bought lashes and glue and in less than 15 minutes, I had them on and was very satisfied. (Inside...

First time lashes last 3 days on day 4 start falling and on 5-11-23 second time Lady was rude I was letting her know about first time lashes did not last 3 weeks as they sad and told her maybe she use wrong glue may be because she was in a hurry I knew because she told me she needed to pray (her job or her personal life) there was like enough time before they close when I came and I paid extra she sad cement or water proof and her answer was why you come here if you don't like the service she sad none one never complain suddenly someone came in telling lash was hanging or falling and I sad see what that lady is saying and FATIMA was mad I was about to leave but no more time for me to go somewhere us the other lady was busy and they were talking on their language she work mad with my eyebrows and lashes She finish too quick I ask her 3 times if she was mad she didn't answer she didn't even gave me the fan to dry my eyelashes I still tip her I am not bad and I didn't want to ruin my evening angry it was my daughter graduation I wasn't even complaining just letting her know I told her she was rude with her answer I will never come again there are so many places to go we think because they did good just stick with two faces lady I put one star because there is no other way to write...

Today was my first time going to Em Lash Studio and I have to say Erum did an amazing job! I don’t really right reviews but going there for my first time and trying out someone that has never did my eyebrows before and turned out actually great?? I give her and this place a 5 star review because she left me speechless. I asked only clean threading and to even out my eyebrows because they where not even and she delivered what I asked for. My eyebrows look even better then before thanks to Erum. I will be going with her again once it’s time for a clean up.Thank you very much!
