To the GM, and Owner of this franchise. This review is about three young men Tony Ali, and Gus ! Gus , he's very professional and courteous , He's not rude at all and handles himself very well under pressure. Smart kid. Deserves recognition . Mr. " Tony Pepperoni " as the staff calls him is also a very well groomed employee. His understanding and l acknowledgement of customers needs and wants is something not to be overlooked by corporations. Attention CEO of Papa Johns. I think most of the staff at this location are very hard workers that need some incentive like a bonus or a raise or a promotion. Antonio aka Ali is a very hard dedicated worker . These three young men laughed with me and also completed their jobs as employees with very great detail and integrity. Mr Ali or Antonio is a very hard worker. So is Mr Tony . Mr Gus is a great representative of customer service. I came in really hungry and tired and tried to test their duties as employees. As a past and future pizzeria owner I want to say that these three young men make one heck of a solid team. Their loyalty and honesty is what keeps them uniquely individual, but yet similar to the strength of the store. I recommend that Mr. Tony fine tunes his listening skills a bit more. Him and I had a very interesting conversation. Coming from a hard background and tough childhood both of us can agree that life is not easy. However it is what you make it . And I suggest that these three young men know how to make it. I had a hard time making up my mind about what I wanted to order. But their patience and service was above and beyond their duties of work. Tony you gained my respect as a potential manager today. Gus you are solid as a rock and know how to keep a smile while not letting anyone distract you. Antonio aka Ali you did a great job on making my pizza. It was very good. Thank you gentleman and may God continue to guide you throughout life and keep you all on a positive path. Great job Gentlemen. I'm very happy with my experience tonight. So I ordered online due to us getting a coupon in the mail. I tried the code and it didn’t work, So i called the store to see if they can redeem them. Ended up finally reaching the manager and i told him about the coupon i received. He stated oh this won’t work at our location cause university location is your zip. I said why is my gpa showing y’all are closer. Anyways he didn’t accept any coupons so i just ordered what i did. I called to confirm to make it ready by 7pm. We arrived and the pizza want even started. We got there at 7:00 sharp. Place was very very very dirty staff was all sweating and just looking at them wiping their faces and making pizzas just looked bad. So after waiting 20 min he brought the pizza himself to us and said ok all good to go. We asked him do we owe anything he said nope all good. So i left thinking to thank him for taking care of the order. We get home eat then i get a call. Not from the store but from a no caller ID number. Answered and he stats he needs a payment for the pizza since we didn’t pay. We said you told us we were good to go and would take care of us. So apparently he didn't take care of us. Calling and saying thought someone else took the payment then showing wasn’t paid. I gave him payment over phone and his name is John as general manager. He handled this very poorly and not professional to call from a no caller ID number. Won’t return. I would like someone higher up to reach out to me even the owner. Because i won’t ever return to...

I ordered a heart shaped pizza online to surprise my mom for Mother’s Day.. Which I was charged $11 for a “1 topping medium” pizza for the heart shaped! when my pizza was delivered, it was a regular medium pizza!! I checked my online receipt to see if it was my mistake but it wasn’t! My receipt said, HEART SHAPED PIZZA!! I called the store and the girl that answered the phone said that she was told by the manager that if anyone ordered a heart shaped pizza online, to send a regular medium pizza!! I told her, well how am I supposed to know to know that! Those instructions aren’t online!! I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager that is there at this time! She said that she could send me a heart shaped pizza for free but I would have to pay the delivery fee! I am very unhappy that I have to pay for 2 delivery fees when it was their mistake!!! And specially when they had already ruined the surprise!! I have ordered a heart shaped pizza ONLINE before for Valentine’s Day and I have Never had this issue!!
