So when you walk in, the front desk girl will ask you "for here or to go" before you can even catch your breath. Then she'll ask you what table you're going to sit at. Mind you this is all within the second you put your foot in the door. It was my first time, I came at the recommendation of a friend (who by the way, will not be returning nor will he be recommending this restaurant again). The waitress suggested an option and when it arrived, I was first turned off by its appearance and subsequently perplexed by the odd smelling chicken. Uncooked, foul smelling chicken. The rice was stale and cold. I asked if she could kindly exchange my order and she said she would ask the owner who said no. I asked to speak to him and he pointed the "no refund no exchange" policy on his menu. The waitress took the meal away from my table. I ended up paying for a meal that I took 1 half-bite out of. When my friend asked for his to-go box, the waitress asked for our plates WHILE WE STILL HAD FOOD IN THEM not even giving us a chance to box them up to go. Clearly they didn't care for our business & they won't receive it in the future either. Not from me, my friends, coworkers, family or anyone else reading this review who cares for their hard earned money. This restaurant will serve you subpar food, smelly, uncooked chicken and will make you pay for it too! Whether you want it or not! Sounds a lot like our Trump endorsed Mexican...
Read moreCute and Quaint little chineese food resturant. The staff was very friendly. The lady ran both the to-go register and served all of the tables at the same time! I thought for sure we would have delays but she did a great job of attending to everyone equally. I enjoy the everyday lunch menu. Supersized portions, Impressive!
Food we ordered:
Singapore noodles- (Photo)Delicious and spicy. Fresh noodles and meat. On the salty side. I Rate an 8 out of 10
Sesame Chicken Meal- HUGE PORTION! (Photo- I had taken some food off my plate for my two kids) Comes with a soup choice, fried rice and an egg roll. Fresh, flavorful, a bit on the sweet side if you like sweet meat, rice was good. Wonton soup was good. Fresh and crispy noodles on the side, but my wonton had no meat in it 🤔. Egg roll was crispy and hot. Rating: 9 out of 10
Sweet and Sour Chicken- also served with a soup, fried rice and egg roll. Very fresh and fried to crispy perfection. Sweet and sour sauce on the side which is served hot. Yummy! Rating: 10 out of 10
Tai Tea- good, not too sweet. Not made with powder. Rating: 7 out of 10
Pina Colada w/ Tapioca- I taste more pineapple than coconut which is delightfully different. Tapioca is fresh. Cool and refreshing frozen beverage. Rating: 10 out of 10
P.S. we are a family of 4 and had to take two boxes...
Read moreI had a very similar experience like the post before mine. Our food arrived over an hour late, semi-cold. We were ok with the delay since there is lots of construction work on our area, however after signing the receipt and walking in with our food we quickly realized the food was overturned and all the sauce was everywhere! I called the store and the girl that answered apologized and said she would let the manager know and he would call me....But nope, No call from a manager. Instead I get a call from the driver telling me how tough his job is and that I need to understand that he's gonna lose money since I complained, he made it seem as if what I did was wrong and even said think about what you did when you go to sleep! I went on to tell him that I never asked for my money back and all I wanted was for them to know how our food arrived and that when I spend 33.00 I expect my food to arrive in good shape! Nothing I said made it any better since he seemed pretty upset, his last words were Next time you place an order come and get it yourself or come dine in.......well Sorry Happy Yu Yu.....yu yu just...
