Captain D's — Restaurant in Richmond

I think this is the first time I've given one star in a review!! One star is too many!! Nasty, condescending and arrogant. The order taker, cook and manager were awful. We ordered a special that they weren't caring yet. Last week they let us know it would be available starting yesterday. There was no reason for the manager to yell at us and say 'we don't have, just order something else'. When the order taker gave us the price we questioned it because it sounded too low. She just rolled her eyes and rudely said she got the entire order. SHE DID NOT. When we received the order it was wrong. Part of it was missing....hense the low price we paid! Well I assume they are renovating cause the inside was closed they were doing work in the parking lot and drive thru and the guy was spraying the lines and such as cars were trying to go through the drive. We ordered online. I picked it up in the drive through, which was a long wait. Got up to the window. The bag was tied shut double knot. It I asked if they put the sauces in the bag, tartar cocktail and sweet-and-sour sauce. She reassured me. She double checked it and put it in there. Herself I get home and there was literally only cocktail sauce and some dipping sauce. That they have now. The chicken was overcooked and had a bad taste to it like old grease.
