Richmond Centre — Local services in Richmond

My daughter works in one of the stores here. They have anything from pet supplies to movies and make-up. With Home Goods joining TJ Maxx, things are only getting better. One of the restaurants has live music on the weekends. I’m not sure if this is only during the summer (where it’s outside) or if they take it inside during the winter??? Crazy how there is no diversity of international grocery stores around the area. Making it ten times worse that you have to drive all the way to lexington 🫠. It is 2025 they still don't have any asian markets, indian markets around here. I genuinely want to know who do we need to vote out of office is it the governor, or mayor😅? They just finally got a ramen restaurant around the area 🙃 only took them six yrs. Nothing good to eat or shop around here. The Ollie's don't even carry good stuff🫠. Like are they trying to bring in more money to the area or not 😅. Really frustrating to have to drive all the way to lexington just to shop at the asian market. Google seems to think I should review this place, but it's kind of hard to do because the Richmond Center is basically an open area shopping mall that has a wide variety of stores and restaurants. Some of them are excellent, some of them are mediocre, some of them have moved away and not been refilled. The Richmond Center itself is nice enough. The place is well taken care of and has a lot of interesting little stores here and there and some bigger anchor stores as well. For me, the theater is a highlight. As far as movie theaters go, it is nice but nothing too special. The Chick Fil A here is the only fast food place in town with a play area for children, so if you have kids it is a Godsend. Really the stores in the Richmond Center should be reviewed individually, but If you are visiting Richmond and looking for food or shopping or to catch a movie, The Richmond Center us definitely where...
