I'm a coffee guy. I LIKE my coffee. And I prefer Dunkin Donuts when I'm out and about and thirsty.
I have my Dunkies App on Auto Reload. And I've been to and enjoyed DD in roughly 30 states at last count.
So when I say that this is one of the Worst overall locations I've ever been to, I say that from a place of LOTS of experience with both the brand and its locations!!
A few days ago, I stood there at the counter without even verbal acknowledgment for over 4 minutes!
While four people prepared food or worked prep, and three people stood around the drive-thru area just talking and waiting on orders.
There was one girl working the drink station next to the register who was clearly busy. And who passed on word to the prep area that someone was waiting.
And despite Four different people looking directly at me and staring for a moment, only One of which who was obviously doing anything. No One actually acknowledged me, or came over to take my order.
And the One time I overheard someone mention there was someone at the counter, (the drink girl) the answer she got back was simply: "Okay".
And then it was Still another minute and a half before anyone finally came over to see what I needed. And they came in the front door, after having apparently run something out to a guest in a car in the parking lot!!
My order's been prepared poorly or wrong three out of the last five times I've been there. The general attitude seems to be one of either apathy or discontent. And the day I'm referring to, there were three other customers standing at the pickup area as well. Two of whom were there before I walked in, and who were Still standing there waiting on their orders when I finally got my coffee and left...
I understand it's the only Dunkin Donuts in town. So it's not like they're competing with another location locally for ratings or business.
But there's still Starbucks, and Purdy's, and other little Mom and Pop coffee shops that people can go to.
So letting the quality and customer service slide to the degree I've observed in there the last half dozen visits, is the best way to plan on closing, when anything that's even remotely comparable opens on that side of town.
Rating: 1 out of 5. Only if you Have to have your...

However, the problem was with my entire order being wrong and a $5 gift card wasnât close to equaling the amount of my order. My order was around $13 total. The workers were extremely rude because I had accidentally placed my order on the app twice and they gave me so much trouble about helping me get my double order refunded. The ice in my coffee was melted so my coffee was watery and nasty. the maple bacon I ordered was literally just microwave strips of bacon, nothing like the pics and certainly nothing maple about them. I had ordered a bagel on the app and was told they were out of bagels when I got to the window (they had also been out of bagels for almost 2 weeks⊠EVERY KIND) so I requested sourdough bread for my sandwich. My sandwich was the most unappetizing looking thing ever, the bread wasnât toasted and there was no effort put into making it even look good. It was simply my egg , bacon and a piece of unmelted cheese slapped onto two pieces of soft, tasteless bread. After being contacted by the franchise owner and being told I would receive a gift card for my trouble, I was under the impression it would at least be for the total amount of my order. But it wasnât. Which is aggravating because my entire order was wrong. I know this location has been going through a remodel and I tried to be mindful of that, but the rudeness of the employees, the lack of products (I mean who doesnât have bagels in stock at a chain coffee shop for 2 weeks??), followed by the nonchalant attitude of the franchise owner not making it right led me to want to come on here and vent about this. I wonât be going to this one anymore and will be happy to drive across town to the other one where they are nice and have their...
Read moreSo we still here often, my son loves the donuts and the hash browns. This morning was disappointing. The line like always for the drive thru was a mile long. So to try and save time I had to go in. I ordered a plain coffee, and two hash browns, and the hash browns that are loaded. So I walked in at 8:31, and did not get my food and leave till 8:46. I understand, fast food is a hard job but..come on. Like I got my coffee there was no creamer or regular sugar out. Ok..and so I was waiting on the food, the workers were just taking their time. Ok, that's fine. But if you have a facility that is open where you can see people making, and preparing food at least someone could be a bit more speedier? Not sure if that's the best word. I watched and it just looked like they were just taking their sweet time. Finally I asked about how much longer do you think it would be bc if for to get going to work. No one acknowledged me, or answered. I was talking to the other girl who was waiting as well and she said she had been waiting a while as well. After about 4 minutes someone set a bag to the side and said he are you hash browns. Finally, get in the car and head out, there is no fork, or spoon, that's the second time that's happened, and the hash browns were cold, the plain ones were warm, but the loaded were cold, the cheese was cold and then the hash browns were too. I told my son I don't want to stop there anymore bc it seems like it's something every time. Again I understand it's busy, but all the more reason to speed up? Starbucks, the staff is friendly and you get your order quickly. So closer to 20 mins going inside, I am disappointed bc it makes me not want to even stop. There is a new Starbucks and Dutch brothers!! Coming and I would think that would make Dunkin want to compete. I apologize for complaining but the food being cold just ticked me off and...
