I'm a big fan of hamburgers what can I say I tried out five guys before located in Austin Texas and let me tell you their fries are good and they will fill you to the brim the burgers are very good piping hot fresh tomatoes and lettuce are ice cold crisp and delicious now the burger actually filled me up I don't think I'll be having anything right now but this review is for Richmond Virginia here in downtown and I have to say that the crew was very very nice they smiled and waved and ask how are you doing and they were very professional about that and the place was very clean and let me tell you I will gladly go back again I'm very meticulous about certain places that I go to eat and everything but let me tell you the crew is very professional and that's what I look forward to in restaurants but the food was very good and let me say I will be coming back again very with my order and the service I'm going to take a line from a movie called Fast Times at Ridgemont High that was filmed in Sherman Oaks California with the scene where is Spicoli and them step into the restaurant Brad who is a restaurant manager in that scene says We Shall Serve no fries before their time party on dude and oh and by the way Sherman Oaks is my hometown totally Primo once again...
Read moreI went into this establishment the same way that i normally would. I usually frequent this location about 5 times a week. However this time i went in ordered my food like normal and went to pay. Keep in mind i had just went to the bank earlier that day to cash my check. The person that was working did not have even enough common sense to verify a bill. Then went to the lengths to not let me order my food due to her not being smart enough to verify real Us currency. She then said her bill reader wouldnt work and asked me to leave. I do not spend fake money and find it highly offensive to be accused of using fake money. I suggest if using a bill of 10 or larger that you not frequent this location. I will no longer come back to this location for my weekley lunches. I think management needs to train their employees on us currency and not rely on technology that may or may not be working. Its ruthless to say that becausr your reader is down i cant spend my hard earned money. I have never been discriminated on so harshly at a place of business. Read moreBurger and fries for lunch were good. $19.95, though. And they got my order wrong. They gave me a little burger instead of a regular burger. When I called, the person answering the phone kept telling the manager that I ordered a little burger and got a regular burger (the opposite of what happened). She had to put the manager on the phone because she said she couldn't figure out how to explain it to him. The manager offered to make me a new burger (my lunch break was over by this time) or he could email his district manager and it would take 5-7 days to issue me a refund.
The correct response to this situation should have been, "I'm sorry. I'll make you a new burger and refund your money due to the inconvenience of you having to come back." Instead, they gave me a soda. And a store manager ought to have the ability to issue a refund. Having to go to a district manager to issue a refund of a fast food meal is just a ridiculously bad process.
