Bodillaz — Restaurant in Richmond

Read decent reviews of this place and it was a short walk to get to. I ordered one of the vegetarian quesadillas only to receive the wrong quesadilla. There were a few different vegetarian options. When I brought it back up to the counter and said they made the wrong one, the owner said no, thats what comes on the one you ordered. I pointed out on their giant menu board above the register that he was incorrect. The arrogant owner insisted I was wrong even though one of his own employees tried to point it out to him as well. Even tried to pull the menu up on my phone and wouldn't even bother to look.

They remade my order to supposedly be what's actually listed on their menu and it still didn't have what it was supposed to have in it. So i received a giant sloppy, greasy quesadilla. I think I ate maybe 4 bites and it ended up in the trash can.

Also ordered chips and salsa which they never said they were out of until the rest of our food was ready and then asked if we wanted cheese instead. I've had better nachos with cheese from a gas station.

And also never received the side of ranch and sour cream that cost an extra dollar each.

I do however commend the employee that tried to help me. Sorry you have to work for that pos boss of yours.

I was ordering delivery for lunch today at work and decided to try BoDillas.. Huge Mistake. I ordered a Chicken Ceasar Salad, that did not meet the order minimum for delivery so I added fries, that did not either so I ordered chip and salsa. My order came in 35 minutes. Salad was hot and soggy, and consisted of mostly croutons... I also had the pleasure of chomping down on a large sharp piece of CHICKEN BONE. The fries were undercooked, cold, under salted, and soggy. The chips were stale and store bought out of the bag kind, the salsa was very bland and contained in a pocked made of tinfoil in the corner of the Styrofoam container housing the chip.. so as you can imagine the chip on the bottom were wet from the salsa that had leaked for the tinfoil homemade bowl. $16 buck later I am VERY...
