Black Iris- Social Club, Art Gallery, Event Space — Attraction in Richmond

I recently hosted a private event at The Black Iris, and the entire experience was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, the team was communicative, accommodating, and truly committed to creating a memorable evening for our guests.

The venue itself is stunning—full of character, with multiple levels that provided unique vibes throughout the space. Guests especially loved the mezzanine, where we served a non-alcoholic espresso martini that was a hit!

The food and drinks were top-notch. Our guests raved about the pulled pork and chicken sandwiches, beautifully curated charcuterie boards, and decadent dessert spread upstairs. The bar staff kept the drinks flowing and even helped us customize cocktail names for a fun, personal touch.

Special shoutout to Chris, Jeff, and Greg for being incredibly supportive and professional every step of the way. Planning was seamless, the night went off without a hitch, and the feedback from attendees has been overwhelmingly positive.

Super cool space with a very laid-back atmosphere! This place would be perfect for any type of social event, co-working spot, live music, podcasting (it used to be a recording studio, so all the rooms have amazing acoustics), corporate meetings, weddings, or just a chill session in the city in the cigar lounges upstairs. They have 4 floors and a bar downstairs with awesome bartenders. Only members are allowed on the top 3 floors, but you can get a tour while you're there and check it all out (highly recommend it, the top floors are the coolest parts of the building). There's a fancy pool table on the second floor, board games (big Connect 4), an array of really eclectic items to look at on the walls, and comfy couches everywhere!
