I’m currently pregnant and don’t feel well and asked if they could bring it upstairs to my apartment and they act like they can’t do that but expect you to give them a tip. I left a personalized message when I place my order so they could have called me and let me know ahead of time to let me know if they could or couldn’t do it. If they couldn’t then I could’ve been already been waiting downstairs in the lobby for them but no, I had to leave my apartment in pain and go all the way downstairs at the last minute. This is my second time ordering from here and it will be my last. The food isn’t even all that good but I had no choice because damn near almost every other place around Richmond doesn’t have personal delivery and everything is through DoorDash, Uber eats, or grub hub. As soon as I got my food he stood there like I was supposed to give him a tip from my change. If you couldn’t follow the order I gave you then don’t expect me to give you anything in return because that all went out the window when I had to leave out my apartment. It was just rice, watery onions, and pork. I called immediately after the food was delivered and a woman with an attitude told us we had ordered incorrectly. In the moment I believed her, but after searching online and rechecking their menu later, we were correct. This time I ordered through Eat Street and watched my ordered stay in the “preparing” stage for over 45 minutes. I called to make sure my order had been received and they told me it was out for delivery. Not until I called did the status move to “out for delivery”, but it also took 25 minutes for the food to come after that. After sending picture I called back and lady argued with me about giving me a refund. I asked her to provide a receipt of the refund and she was very rude, got loud with me and told me it would be a couple of days before she would send it and then said it would take 7 days then magjically a picture appeared of an adjusted receipt about 20 minutes later.
