got an apple pencil pro because I was told it was compatible with ipad pro models, but it wasn't compatible with mine due to the wrong M chip. I came in the next day asking to exchange it for the pencil that did work (same price), and they told me that they don't do any returns or exchanges if a product isn't sealed, even with the receipt & if it wasn't used once.

while they arent very knowledgable, i know they aren't at fault for the compatibility. im rating a one star based on my opinion/experience toward the return-exchange policy, which isn't seen at any competing retailers.

it's fine if you feel confident about the product, but if you're worried about the risk of something being defective or incorrect, the employees aren't able to help much and going with this smaller store really screwed me over versus target, walmart, best buy, etc where they solve this in a few seconds. so I would go...

I went there to get my display for my Macbook Pro checked out because it wasn't showing even though the computer was noticeably on -- the display would only show up on another screen when plugged into an HDMI. It cost $50 for a diagnostic and a day later they told me it seems like I had to get a new display which was about $500. I was skeptical so I brought it to the Apple store instead. The Apple store simply opened it up and reconnected/cleaned the display port (or something). And that fixed it. And they did it for free. Didn't cost me $500. Moral of the story: if you have Apple problems then make an appointment and take it to the Apple store, they are licensed and trained to do so much more. In the end, I'm glad my Mac works again, but I'm not happy that I lost $50. But I am happy that I didn't spend $500 like...

I had a MacBook pro with screen damage that I brought in for a repair. I needed the repair to be done within a timely manner since it was work critical. They accepted it, stating that it will take 1 week to repair. 2 weeks later, I got my laptop back without any fix with the screen still damaged. The worker acted surprised as if it just broke in front of him. They took it in again for a repair on the spot but it has been far over a week and I have no hope for a timely fix. Nothing good to say about this place. Over priced, under qualified. Buy anything they sell on Amazon and you will almost certainly save few bucks.
