I won't be back to this McDonald's ever again. That was by far the worst food I've ever been served and on top of it I was overcharged because the employee ringing us up made a mistake and lied about fixing it. I would love to order through the App but you can't add or substitute on anything so I have to rely on the employees. The food was somehow burnt and cold and was the biggest waste of money. Our last experience here was similar and we haven't been in months, finally try to give it another chance today and it's worse? I'm upset having wasted my money on food that I had to force myself to eat. I've been dealing with some severe health issues lately and am struggling to eat as it is and just wanted something good but that is apparently too much to ask. I'm very frustrated and disappointed.
Old Review: Out of all the McDonald's I've ever been to this one is by far the best. The food, staff and restaurant are great. Our food is always fresh and made correctly and the staff is always very friendly. We particularly love Jodi!    Read moreI went to this location and ordered food over a month ago. I told them that I was allergic to tomatoes and asked 3 times to make sure my food didnât have ketchup. I got home and found ketchup on EVERY sandwich I ordered! To make it worse I called and received a busy signal for over an hour until I quit calling.
I went back to give them a chance once more today and asked to please make sure my order was correct. And.... nope. Charged me $1.29 for bacon on my sandwich and had me pull forward and wait for âfresh foodâ and then again I got home and no bacon. For the second time I called for 30 min with no answer at 8pm and received busy signal after a while. I have NEVER had worse service at ANY fast food establishment as this SPECIFIC McDonalds. This Unfortunately led me to contact my credit card company to notify them of this and they agreed that this was fraud and reversed my charges and will be filling against McDonaldâs for this.

The first time I paid $3 for a cone and it was so small (not worth the $3) also the girl had to remake the cone 6 time to get it not even right. (Plus the ice cream was melted when I got it) the second time I went, man⌠it was BAD. I got a caramel sundae and it looked fine when the girl handed it to me but little did I know tragedy was about to strike đđđ the lid on my caramel sundae was not fully on and the sundae was filled to brim with ice cream and lots of caramel, and so the lid started to fall off and caramel and ice cream went everywhere alllllll over my car, my hands, my phone, my clothes.
