I stopped going to McDonald’s because of the service and food and other problems. So after a long day at work I was forced to go because of the flexible hours McDonald’s offers. I had not been there in so long so it took me a while to order but first I asked was the ice cream machine working or on. A lady by the name or Karma took my order and told me it was indeed on and available. To my excitement I began to order my food after I ordered my food I asked for a chocolate milkshake. Then was told the ice cream machine was turned off! Now I understand there’s a certain time it can be on or whatever but remember I asked before placing my order. So I believed that to be very unprofessional and inconvenient for any customer in that situation. So I expressed my thoughts on the matter and just moved up to pay. As I pulled up I noticed an older lady that was then switched to the window. I told the lady my concern and to my surprise she said “I just got here so it’s not my problem” that comment made my blood boil! And I thought to myself (this is why I don’t come here!) so I said aren’t y’all a team? She said No! I said well y’all all have the same shirts on right? She said no (missing my point). As this conversation continued getting nowhere I saw karma working hard sweeping or mopping the floor. Karma noticed that I was the customer she had spoke to over the radio initially and went and turned on the ice cream machine and gave me an milkshake and apologized. I tryed to stop here but she insisted. For some reason that spoke to me in volumes! I had been having a bad day and all I wanted was something to eat and a milkshake and dealing with this older lady just arriving almost made me drive off. But karma changed all that with her high level understanding on customer service. The older lady actually forgot to even give me a receipt for my order so once I got home I felt obligated to drive back to the restaurant and wait In line just to get my receipt so I could shine light on karma! With this Survey. She really changed my opinion about McDonald’s! After 5 years you have a customer back because of her. I know she is going to be great one day at whatever she decides! Read moreI'm going to be as honest as I can possibly be. They get one star for Customer Service, one star for cleaniness and one final star for getting my food pretty quick. I didn't have to wait which, if I did, would totally defeat the purpose of a "fast food" place or "drive-thru". The reasons why they aren't getting a full 5 star review is because I have gone more that 1 handful of times ND Everytime they almost never have ALL the sauces my boys and I want. We always end up leaving with only of of the boys getting their sauce and that's it or me only getting my sauce. I'd end up having to go to another McDonald's to get their sauce or may sauce. There other reason they won't get 5 stars is because they always always must up our order. Not completely messed up but, 2 or 3 things will be made incorrectly. And I always give them the benefit of the doubt and o check my receipt to make sure that maybe I didn't tell them wrong. But, it's ways been that somehow they just make it wrong. The food is yummy and never been burnt. I did have a triple cheese burger on two separate occasions come out with hard meat. I didn't go back because I was on my way to work both times so, I didn't have the time. I literally threw it away. For the meat to be hard that must have meant that the party or meat had been left there for a while and instead of throwing it away, they just sold it to profit. That's simply disgusting. Read moreI will give this place Zero stars. The Customer service was HORRIBLE!!! I visited this location last night. The "window worker" asked me to pull down to get my food. I asked, "what they were holding on?" He proceeded to say "Fries". I then asked" How long ?" He sucked his teeth ignored me and asked me for a second time to move to the second holding spot.( To give you a visual it was a car pulled ahead and another in the 1st holding spot already.) I said "Sir, I'm in a bit of a rush. Could you tell me how long?" He glared at me angrily. So, I then stated "No, sir I can not." Before I could finish my sentence he slammed the window shut and stated "I can not stand customers like that. They get on my nerve." The manger then proceeded to ask what is the problem. He repeated himself and stated again, "I can not stand customers like that." I didn't have an attitude or I didn't get angry at all. The manger( I assumed this was a manger because her attire was different) then comes to the window and shoves my food into my hand and slams the window. Doesn't even pretend to be friendly. Doesn't greet me, doesn't bid me a fair well, or even ask if i needed anything else. I will not be using this location ever again. I am highly disappointed in the staff's behavior.
