Paisano's Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond

When I tell you disrespectful, I mean disrespectful !!! The young lady who answered the phone, she answered it as if she was answering her own phone. I could not even make out what she was saying. The young lady didn't like what I was asking her, she was not speaking clearly.I had to keep asking her to repeat, by asking her what are you saying. I was asking her about the establishment. I've never ordered from there before. They have sent pamphlets out and I saw that it was in Cary Town . The girl kept talking with so much attitude, so I asked her was her manager on duty. She went and got this man who did not want to answer any of my questions either. Jermaine or Jamal had a serious attitude and asked me what do I want .There's a problem at this establishment exactly what everyone is saying it must be true . It's no way anyone want to order food from anyone. If you can't even trust the people who are taking your order and it's dangerous this day and time .You can't trust people you should not have sent pamphlets out when you have poor staffing that can't be trusted. Last straw with the place — Don’t be like me, I got terrible food poisoning after eating a pizza from this store this week. I had pretty much nothing else to eat that day, so the stabbing knives in my gut over the last few days certainly come from that pizza.

I have had so much trouble with this store — them forgetting to deliver my order and then, after I called an hour and a half later, sending me a burned, stale pizza that had clearly been in a warming drawer for nearly 2 hours. Another time, they never sent me a pizza because “they weren’t receiving orders from GrubHub.” Another time, they called me and accused me of not paying for my pizza (I paid in full with tip through Grubhub). Another time, they sent me a repeat order 2 HOURS after I received my original order (yeah, a knock on my door at nearly 1am.. super cool)

You might be asking, “Adam, why did you keep ordering from them?” Well, apparently I don’t learn lessons very well and the other pizza delivery chains that deliver later at night in rva are equally sketchy. Anyway, I’ve learned my lesson (finally). I hope you learn...

Grabbed a bite before heading to a show at Altria theater. Can see how this is an excellent college place. Kind of have the feeling of a mom and pop mixed with a fast food. Gave me a feeling of almost a Subway Sub, place. The girl that took our order was super nice. You order at the counter, with a large board above you with the menu. Prices are fair for city food, not the cheapest, but not outrageous. It's more of a take out place. They do have a few tables. People who seemed to be eating were like us, heading to a show and the younger people waiting for their orders. The food was good, nothing amazing but solid. We got 3 slices, I had one 2 toppings and 1 with 3, and my wife had a plain cheese and baked Ziti. Fountain drinks. With a small tip, the bill was $42.00.
